What score would you give it out of ten and is it the best MCU Netflix show?
1. This was not the Punisher I saw in Daredevil 2. I don't know what they were trying here, but this came off more as a soap opera. I wanted a Punisher, balls to the walls action, and a good crime story, not this boring crap. Think about the trailer they showed, and compare it to the to actual show and it's delivery. Totally different tone, and a lackluster one at that. Critics were right, this was very disappointing and boring. Missed opportunity.
I don't think you actually understand the definition of "tone". I'm at episode four thus far and this show is everything the trailers promised. If you expected this to be 13 hours of bullet porn, I feel sorry for you because that's not what those trailers promised... At all. You were a promised a conspiracy thriller which from what I've seen thus far, is what we got.
Uh, no it isn't! I'm saying this right now, the show is not going to sit well with repeat viewings. It is just too boring and not captivating until like the last 3 episodes. And the plot and the editing was a mess.

This was advertised as a military conspiracy thriller focusing on Frank's past and the conspiracy that got his family killed. The trailers showed that Madani would be running an investigation dealing with whatever Frank was doing in the military. And we were shown some of the action. This show has so far, I'm on Episode 9, been a military thriller dealing with Frank's past, the conspiracy that got his family killed, and Madani's investigation. And there is action scenes when they are appropriate and advance the story. The plot has been straightforward and it's edited like the rest of the Netflix shows.
