You're joking right? TMNT was just an average film at that and is no way even close to the level of The Dark Knight or The Crow

Average? What are you talking about? One The Crow was a good movie but it's not that good. Two New Line could have taken the easy route and just do a live action version of the tv series and called it a day. Instead they took a chance to adapt a version only the fans from the 1984 Mirage Series knew. The movie kept true what the source material (granted they tone down the violence from Mirage series) and it moved the turtles away from their cartoon image(for at least one movie) and for me it still holds up.

Always enjoyed and still enjoy the roginal TMNT. I thought Shredder stole the show, I really like his costume and helmet design and the very deep and menacing voice they gave him.

The sequel I actually quite liked too, although I felt that the change of actors in Shredder's role was somewhat evident

The third one was a disaster. I mean, it wasnt the worst movie in the world but its so uningaging and far behind the first two
