ok Davy jones did look amazing, but I hate when they go this route when they don't have to. Granted I have no clue if zod is going to have octopus flesh or no, but it just seems like a waste of money.

As I've speculated before, Jor El and his force will battle Zod and his army, a la 300 when the movie starts. Jor El will be wearing something similar to the Superman suit.

I got a little bit of the front of the suit. They were blocking him with black cloth and most of him was blocked. This is what I got.

I got a little bit of the front of the suit. They were blocking him with black cloth and most of him was blocked. This is what I got.

So were they purposely keeping him under wraps to prevent too many frontal spy photos? It looks like they put a real effort into it.

You know these pictures obscuring the trunk area seem way too convenient. The guy just happened to take a picture as the blanket was used to obscure the bottom half of the costume. I'm guessing a second or so before he would have a full frontal (excuse the phrase!) picture. I tend to think these spyshots are somehow connected with the movie. Also his name on the picture totally gets in the way. I know why they do that, but it's frustrating nonetheless!

I took this photo while driving 60 m.p.h. past the Kent Farm. When taking photos in this manner I do not know what I actually capture until I get home and look at the photos. It is not a conspiracy. It is just luck that I happened to snap a few photos while driving back when they were getting him ready to shoot a scene. Security is VERY TIGHT on this shoot because of its high profile.

I'm guessing that Kryptonian clothing has some kind of light/energy-type design on it. Like in Superman: The Movie they had the suits filled with millions of tiny glass balls to make it reflect the light and glow.
