so yeah...the MOS2013 fauxbook page is pretty much refusing to post the new set pics released by NTF. The page users have posted them, but I can't find them...they have probably been taken down by the admins

If it makes anyone feel any better/worse the relaunched DC page has a direct link to the MOS2013 fauxbook page under its Superman section. I would think they would want to establish their own page and mods like they do with the official DC properties on Facebook. I guess DC Entertainment will let them keep doing their thing until they rollout the official stuff when the marketing machine takes over, but that is just speculating.

I was a user at Bluetights back when SR was being made. A lot of memories from that place. It was a interesting period to be there both before, during, and after SR's release.

Amen. Though I thoroughly enjoy(ed) SR, I will be the first to admit that I overlooked the flaws because I wanted a successful Superman film franchise. We can only hope that MOS delivers and delivers big. Personally, I believe it will in spades.

Hah that sounds funny. I was there from pretty much the beginning so im sure its locked in my memory bank somewhere.

I feel like having that site and having Bryan Singer blog about the whole movie revealed wayyyy too much.

I think i saw too much of the film and added a whole lot more in my head only be disappointed in the end.

At the beginning I assumed they were affiliated. I talked about the Man Of Steel Fakebook page with WB via email months ago and they told me there was no affiliation whatsoever and laughed it off. Now DC is linking to them.

If WB/DC is having these guys represent them on any level. That completely blows my mind.

I honestly think WB/DC is using this as free advertising until they start marketing for the movie in or around June. It just saves them money in the mean time so they don't have to hire someone to maintain the page until they deem it necessary. I'm sure DC will get their share of direct complaints if the site is going to run as is.
