Aparently you did not listen to me the other day or you have never been hyped for any other big movie.

Those press clips that were shown on IGN are always the clips they show on TV shows.

What did you expect. They are called press kit clips, they are made to show to the main stream audiance on shows such as these. All you will ever see is those 6 clips with interviews of the actors. I gaurentee it.

Why are you booing? That is completely normal, and I don't know what you expected.

it was only boring because we have already disected that clip to death, but the average person hasnt seen it yet and is blown away by it, just as you were the first time you saw, the movie is only two weeks away

Ohhh so sorry I don't follow your every post in every single thread across this board...WTF? What did I expect...I expected more...maybe more talk about how excited he is about the film and that it is the best of the 3 maybe.

Leno is the weakest of the hosts IMO. Maybe Conan or the others will ask about the movie more when the cast make the rounds.

What do you want out of these interviews? I'm not sure on how much you know but if I remember correctly you have been following this movie as much as me, and you know the entire plot and almost everything about it.

What more do you want the cast to do to get you excited? Did you want Tobey to jump up and really start webslinging and beat up Jay Leno? lol or what?

Overall the interview was alright , I thought Tobey handle himself very well in the interview compeared to his interview for The First Spider-man movie (Despite the fact Tobey didn't get to talk about the movie that much because of Leno). He's grown up alot since the spider-man first movie (both as an actor & a preson). As for the clip, I thought sony choose a good clip to show, Just to give the General Audience at small taste of the movie . But not some to major that would spoil the movie .

True. I've seriously seen that thing like at least 15 times. I do think Leno could have delved into the movie a bit more or even talk about less obvious things like the symbiote... I mean, duh a lot of people know what the suit is about. Or maybe I'm asking too much.

Yes...that is what I wanted.......................................If you are excited about a movie and your baby that you spent months upon months making, I would like to hear a little more about it. I am already so hyped about this movie I can't get any more hyped. THC is an awesome, great guest and I am sure he will have fun on the talk show and be a little bit more interesting. I also hope Sam is on a talk show...he is great to listen to. Jay Leno sucks and didn't ask any questions...he didn't ask about the cast, he didn't ask about new bad guys, he didn't ask what the symbiote was...hell, if I had no clue as to what or who Spider-Man was and if I wanted to go see SM3...that interview would not persuade me. Is that hard to comprehend? I don't want nor expect Tobey to show the whole movie and dish out every spoiler in the movie. Hell, they just aired a new tv spot on Idol 3 hours ago...so we are still getting new stuff.

?? What in the world do you mean by your comment with The Good German? I thought that interview was better (more new material) than this one actually because Tobey discussed the birth of his baby on that one.

This appearance saw several rehashes of many of the same things they've discussed on past appearances. Back in June 2004, Tobey told the Rodney Dangerfield story to Jay. So watching this tonight was like deja vu almost. They also covered the poker thing back in December 2006 during his The Good German promo appearance. All this frugal stuff was because of the recent Men's Journal article. I didn't expect to see a brand new Spider-man clip but it did kind of bum me out that Jay Leno can't be a little more original and get Tobey to talk about things they haven't already discussed. At least Tobey's little story about the Liv Tyler skinny dipping experience (happened during his brief time on the Empire Records set) was a new anecdote.

Anyway, doesn't seem like anyone here really gives a damn to see this again since you all were so bored by the interview, but I'll have the clips uploaded in the near term. At least SL28 will appreciate them
