No, they haven't. One of their subsidiaries still runs a TV network which is currently doing quite well. Supergirl shows that they'd be willing to attempt a superhero show, especially with a character as popular as Spidey.No.
I mean that only semi-facetiously. What would make anyone think CBS would want to make a Spider-man TV show? They've all but gotten out of genre TV entirely, even with shows that were quite successful.
If Sony sold off their entire film division to CBS, the original contracts to Spidey that they made would be transferred as part of the package deal. CBS would essentially be paying for those contracts. So they would get the rightsI am 95% certain the licensing contracts are non-transferable. So, no, CBS wouldn't get the rights.
