I Want SquirrelGirl to first visit the X-mansion and take an acrobactic combat course from the beast and Nightcrawler.

Then I want her to run with the New Avengers and learn "Independent Teamwork 101", "Emp'in your strengths 50" and "Snappy Patter while fighting 302".

Finally I want her to put herself in the hands of the Panther or IronMan and get a retrofit for gear that increases her already awesome powers and abilities.

Maybe a side course on cleavage enhancement from the Blackcat,.. or Manhunting from Electra,....

But I want her to get some of the Breaks that LESS DESERVING HEROES have.

That's... nice?
I guess I should have prefaced this with the request that folk list the characters they'd want to improve if they could be put in charge of the writing,....

Indeed, that would've helped.

I wouldn't mind Iron-Man visiting a few more AA meetings.

iron man: how not to be a manipulative *******
spider-man: how to still be at full power when working with a team/ motivational class (which you yanks are so renowned/mocked for) on how to reach your full potential
captain america: when to realise your country's just gonna keep ****ing you over, its time to move to england ;)

Speedball: I'd like Speedball to get his powers back and be trained covertly by the government. I'd like him to be portrayed with all of his developed uses for his kinetic fieldand not just bouncing around like in "Reality Bites". I'd probably have Reed delve into his powers and advise on how to apply them to make it look like he's a different hero, kinda like what the Thunderbolts did in the begining. Reed or Forge could design some partial armor for him so it looks like his kinetic blasts are part of the suit and give him some protection from energy attacks since his kinetic field doesn't cover that kind of attack that well.

Training him to fight would be something of a feat since his kinetic field is always active and cushions/deflects blows. Maybe Shang Chi could be able to train him and still keep quiet, he's worked with government agencies before. I'd mostly want him to develop awareness on his opponents attacks so he could increase the force on his field so that blows bounce of instead of just having their impact nullified. This would give him an edge since his opponents would be off balance most of the time because of the ricochet effect, the perfect setup for a kinetic boosted blow. The hardest task would be to not having him fight bouncing around; just use fighting techniques and his powers to make blasts and increase his hitting power. Still, I'd have him train in acrobatics since he would have an advantage in that. Problem is that the best qualified people aren't government friendly.:(

If anyone tells me that it's a very harsh change for the character, I'd agree. But it's basically the only way he would be able to be taken seriously again and be allowed to function without being lynched in the streets. Of course, I would love if he can later "come out" with his real identity and go back to his wise-cracking attitude but with training that makes him more formidable.

Forget Black Cat or Electra, she should get her tutoring from the Enchantress.

Um... Hell yeah.
If you read the Ultimate RPG, I'm Speedball.
He's gonna join SHIELD eventually and do what you said pretty much.

But the 616 version, I don't see why he didn't just sign the damn thing and work for SHIELD. I would have if my life was gonna suck that bad if didn't sign.

I've always thought there was something cute -- and kind of hot -- about Squirel Girl.

As for Speedball, he and Nova were the "Spiderman" of my teen years. A kid like me who's kind of a loser but gets these super human powers he doesn't completely understand; but he wants to do something good with them. I've always had a softspot for Robby.

Because he had to stick by his principles.
