Chances are he was angry Trump wasn’t as far right as he is.

I might be misremembering things, but I thought I heard FBI during Trump’s administration warning that Trump’s incited extremists might one day turn against him if he didn’t go as far to the right as they wanted. That’s the more likely here.

It should also be noted that the US as a common law country that developed from the English tradition has common law and equity just like Canada.

Because its a double edged sword.
You radicalize people so hard that you are in danger for not being extreme enough for them.

On reddit they’re already trying to.

What stands out is the shirt the kid is seen in.

Evidently that’s known to be affiliated with militia type. Those people are typically much farther to the right than the average Republican. That’s the key.

It is important to remember that militias were typically anti-government, period. Didn't matter much who was in the White House. They only jumped on board with Trump because he spoke the same racism as they did.

As someone in a state with a lot of militias, just having a good time right now.

It’s still either a bunch of mostly uneducated are playing 4D chess or something as simple as they’re angry that Trump isn’t as far to the right as they are.

Note how close it happened to Trump distancing himself from Project 2025. Those for Project 2025 also recently demonstrated they were willing to kill to make it a reality with their whole blood and revolution threat.

I could easily get behind someone on the far right pushed him to hurt Trump as to not get his hands dirty - just not Trump and co were in on it.
