As of 10:30am - July 2nd it breaks down as follows:

(These are all from pre-screenings, and seem overwhelmingly positive, which is a good sign)
Now for the comparison to Friday's numbers:
Still some strong positive showings from the female audience, which is interesting to note.
Also, the non-US audience keeps going up.. overseas box office should be decent in theory.. of course the majority of votes are coming in from overseas at the moment as well. It'll be interested to see how US audiences react to the film.

I don't really understand this rationale. Curious, if Rotten Tomatoes were showing a higher score would you be dissing it the same way? Isn't IMDB rife with trolling and plants? And since when did Rotten Tomatoes start sucking? Did it happen just now with this movie??? All of a sudden? I've always thought the RT perc average pretty telling. I mean X1 got an 80%, X2 87%, X3: 57%. Pretty darn on-point if you ask me.
Me, personally, I've always liked Yahoo! Movies averages (both critics and users), but that's just me. I still wouldn't say RT sucked.

TF is being seen as a toy commercial based on a show that's below most smart ppl by the reviewers that are saying it's negative
thus i say
"RT are "crtics" that don't pay to see movies and are "smarter" than us"
I'd not doubt put weight on the reverse point if
say we were looking at the HULK and it's response

just saw the movie, it atleast deserves a high 7, but i would give it a low 8.

IMDb is also filled with people who can and will give a movie a polar rating without ever seeing it. I think I trust RT a bit more, but its my own eyes I will trust with the absolute and definite rating. From what I am hearing though, it looks to be yet another typical Bay movie.

That's the best attitude. I do give the Tomotometer Critic rating credit, because I agree with it most of the time (although I agree with the "Cream of the Crop" 70% rating for TF, and not the current 59% general rating). IMDB is just too full of idiots for me to take the member ratings seriously there.

The normal reviews from RT are hacks, complete hacks. They are people who post reviews on a large website, they have no credibility. What really matters is the big boys, the cream of the crop. Ebert & Roeper, Chicago Sun, New York Times, Washington Post, etc. Anyone here could get a job reviewing films for a site and get their review posted on RT. Cream de la Crop is what matters.
As for IMDB, you can't trust them at all because crazy fanboys will give a movie a 10 without even seeing it and stupid haters will give it a 1 for no reason at all. Seriously just look at this. It's Bruce Campbell's newest film that's not even released yet but rabid fanboys are giving it 10s. It currently has close to 1000 votes and it holds a 9.9/10 when it hasn't even come out yet...

actually wrong. can you find a 9.9 rating movie with over 10,000 votes? and the example you gave here, we are not talking about this kind of movie.

So what's wrong here is that logic in there. It seems to you that all ratings at IMDB are from crazy fanboy. I tell you what crazy fanboy does not equals to IMDB rating
