Traveler

F**k this.

From now on, besides the standing hits like Heroes and Lost, the broadcast networks can just kiss my patoot.

The cable networks have killed some good shows in the past (I-Man, where art thou?), but at least they don't do it cater to all these abominable reality and game shows targeted towards the lowest common denominators of society.

serialized dramas my foot give me the old fashioned complete in one episode dramas any day

Great, I actually liked this show and now it's gone without even a hint to a conclusion. What is happening with tv today? Daybreak and Traveler were awesome shows and could very possibly have survived the cut if they weren't buried as mid season replacements with little to no hype surrounding their premieres.

You gotta ****in kidding me! :cmad:

This is just like FOX getting rid of Drive :down

Seriously this kind of thing is just getting OUT OF HAND!

If your show bombs the first season, I don't care you've made us watch it, and we've commited our time, and we deserve a second season. If the second season bombs too fine, you haven't lost any viewers because us schmucks are still around, and you won't waste our time trying to get us attached so some other new show that will only last one season. I mean at least give some closure.

Update on the fate of "Traveler". We really need every fans help with the campaign. TNT's contact information is at that bottom.

If you want to save traveler, forget ABC. The show is all but dead to them. Fans are trying to appeal to TNT to reair the episodes in hopes of gaining a large enough following to make a second season, or at least a movie to end it. If you love Traveler, please donate a few dollars to the "Chips campaign." We are planning on sending massive amounts of potato chips to TNT to help get our point across. All donations are secure through paypal. Any amount will do - no matter how small. Every little bit helps!! See how to make your donation at:

http://porters-and-soldiers.com/catalog.0.html.0.html

Chips will be sent out to TNT before September 19th. Also don't forget to email TNT at [email protected] and tell them how much you love the show. Another mass attack email date will take place on September 7th, but send an email every day if you want to! And keep signing the "Save Traveler" petition even though it's wasorginallymeant for ABC, not TNT. You can sign more than once with the same email address, just change the name that you use. Sign it for everyone you know! The more signatures we have, the better it looks for us!!!

Finally, go to the TNT web site andregister at the TNT message board. Post a message about how much you love the show. There is a Traveler discussion going on under the "Other series" subforum. It will help show them that we are interested in their network and show them how much wesupport the show.
