I really think Feige has a sixth sense about which MCU films are gonna huge hits with critics and fans. He knows the material and he knows the audience. Its understandable if other studios are a bit more cautious with screenings and embargoes. At least early on.

I'm a bit more optimistic for this myself after seeing more footage and reading some of the reactions to the recent screenings. Looks like Singer might have pulled it off.

And yeah Faraci is an ugly little man, but I am taking the reactions with a few grains of salt. the early premiere screenings are the ones im waiting for.

I love this guy, oh my god, you guys are so smart how have you not seen what he is doing? He gets Spider-Man right (yes, even Spider-Man 3 is better than the ****** The Amazing Spider-Man, 2 is okay) and he is literally one of the most amazing subtext writers of all time. Read what he writes and tweets. Remember his admission to liking the opening sequence. The guy is dissatisfied with certain aspects of his life so he plays characters with their own gimmick or schtick. These characters are exaggerated fragments of his personality. The character he normally exhibits is the troll. I mean the dude claims to be a professional, but would a professional call other professionals trolls? No. HE tweeted on Patton Oswalt trolling. Subtext. He was admitting to his own trolling. It's all written in what ISN'T there. I know this because I've done this.

That tweet was stupid. TAS2 had many many issues, and I didn't like it all that much, but to act like it was any less faithful to the source material than the MCU films is idiotic.
