I'm looking for ones more along the lines of Two-Face being the main villain, plus the Long Halloween is a Dark Knight spoiler, right?

what is Dark Victory about?

Long Halloween isn't really a spoiler for TDK. You'll just see some scenes in TDK that were inspired by TLH.

Dark Victory was a sequel to TLH, and just as good.

This one's pretty good:

I will buy them after I see TDK then. I've been avoiding ALL spoilers for the movie

I'd add Batman Annual #14, and Face the Face

Thanks, I will make an account and look at those.

No it's not, I highly recommend Faces.

Indeed. It's a unique story, quite an interesting take on Two-Face. Wagner's art is not as good as it is now though.

I think he was better then, actually. His linework wasn't as rough as it is now.

Haven' t seen u in a while Carmine.

Based on some pics in another thread, I recently read Robin: Year One. The book was a fun enough read, but Two-Face was a highlight because he's pretty badass in it.

Oh yeah! forgot about that one, a must read togethre with " A Lonely Place of Dying" essential Two-Face and Robin books.

And you might wanna go looking for some original " Batman Adventures" comics, there's some great Two-Face stories in those.

Just read "Eye of the Beholder" today. The story was published in Batman Annual 14 in 1990. Great story, another interesting take on the Two-Face origin. For a long time, I was kinda hesitant to get it, because I figured "The Long Halloween" covered the same ground. But "Eye of the Beholder" explores the story from some interesting new angles, and really probes into Dent's backstory - his abusive father, his deep-seated psychosis - with a detail even "The Long Halloween" didn't. The story took Dent in some creative directions I'm not sure if I like. But if you're wanting to read a great Harvey Dent character study, then this comes highly recommended.

Another Two-Face story which I LOVE is "Crime and Punishment". It was one of the first Two-Face stories I read, and it's one I still keep on going back to. Again, great exploration of Dent's relationship with his father. It's kinda underrated, I don't see it mentioned much among the great Two-Face stories.

One that hasn't been mentioned here yet is Two-Face's appearance in Knightfall. One of the highlights of the whole arc for me, with Two-Face putting Batman on trial. Great Two-Face/Batman battle in it, too.

I haven't read "No Man's Land", but I've heard Two-Face's part in that story is very good. I've also heard much praise for "Half A Life" in "Gotham Central". Greg Rucka is generally regarded as a first-rate Two-Face writer, but I haven't really read any of his stuff. I should.

There's a Two-Face TPB coming out on the 21st, no doubt to tie-in with the new movie. It has a bunch of neat stories, including his first appearance in Tec #66.

And I try to stay away from as much spoielrs as possible.

I don't visit The Dark Knight boards either. I'm always at Misc. Films and Watchmen.

Ow, still a Batman fan I hope?
I just read Watchmen a month ago for th first time. Gotta read it again to fully love it though.

Oh absolutely, I've never been more excited for a film than for TDK. I've been looking forward to it since I saw the last minutes of Batman Begins for the first time :p I still read Bat comics to, I recently picked up The Man Who Laughs Hardcover at Yendor. Great comic.

Watchmen is great, but it certainly takes about 2 readings to really appreciate it. I hope the film turns out great, I have pretty good hopes for it.

But I fear we've gone way off-topic :p

I occaisonally walk into Yendor, might have seen u there. A tad to expenisve though.
