Trust me, NI is quite expensive to live in.

House prices have never been higher, in fact. I'm talking complete and utter dumps going for well over £200, 000. There is a real problem here of people unable to buy their first home. No wonder so many people say to me they just wanna leave.

The problem is, you have all of these property investers taking advantage of it, ****ing people over because they're buying like 3 houses at a time, just to wait for house prices to rise and make a profit.

But I think the governemnt is supposed to be cracking down on that sort of thing, like putting a limit on how many houses a person can actually own if they're not even living in them.

Its actually more convenient to rent. One could get a mortgage, but would you really want a mortgage hanging over you for 20-30 years, or longer?
