I'm going with Iron Man because of all the choices I only know Iron Man and Ash, and I'm not a big Evil Dead fan. Unless of course I can votr for the real John Locke...

it was either iron man or master chief, but iron man pwns...speaking of the chief, why is he last??? he's like a god to gamers..

i picked Iron Man...but i almost picked Master Chief
Master Chief sucks! Max Payne could kick his ass ANY day of the week. Even that time he was in hospital for multiple gunshot wounds. Cus he's so badass.

Stranglehold can beat Payne. Payne is so last gen...:word:

This thread is so depressing.
1st, the mouldering corpse of fictional character battles has already been done to death by the first corpse of fictional character battles from centuries ago, so the combatants had better be Hella Interesting if you're even going to go forward with this folly, where the path is so worn you could plant TV's in it.

Next, Heroes and Lost are so lame and depressing. Turn off your TV's. It's all crap. Worshipping boring humans from boring TV shows is depressing...like all the Jack Bauer Worship.
I'd never watched 24, so I withheld judgement, but now I've seen most episodes.
He shoots people. He's good at punching them hard. He has no qualms about torturing people, and he has really good and completely unrealistic physical and emotional endurance.
Whoopedy-Doo
Some old bald dude on Lost against repulsor blasts? Absurd.

Next, Iron Man is depressing. Comics these days are depressing. They're so desperate for new ideas and sales that they're just flailing. Big events used to be special and mind-blowing, like the first Secret Wars and the Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Now they have a big crossover event every other month. It's the norm now. :o
Eff that.

Next, Ash worship is depressing. It's just a Pavlovian response in geeks now. Overexposure has killed him and the Evil Dead series was a nice diversion, but it isn't THAT great. :o

Next, Master Chief is from Halo and Halo is depressing.
Watching geeks s*** themselves trying to shoot people from around the world...all looking just the same in their generic "futuristic humans in body armor with ginormous guns battling creepy aliens" schtick.
It was really cool in "Aliens", back in the 80's.
Anything after that...boring as hell.

Damn, dude.

Anyways, I'm siding with Tony.
He's my favorite Marvel superhero.

including maybe the american ninja?:ninja:

JOHN "You want your damn thirty dollars back? I want my kidney back!" LOCKE

Locke sucks and doesn't desrve his 7 votes. What's the matter with you people?

My vote went to Iron Man. A Marvel classic character that's been around since the inception of the Avengers.

Don't know why it says 09-29-2007
It's closing 9-24-2007

Syler - Heroes was fine but none of the characters really stuck to me…other than Hiro.
Iron Man - never was a fan.
Ash - extremely close. But he’s too easy to vote for. Everybody’s doing it! :oldrazz:
Master Chief - never owned any of the x-box.
Locke - gets my vote! I’m one of those who enjoyed all 3 Lost seasons every step of the way and John Locke is the best part of it all!

Same here. I never lost interest in Lost. I enjoyed it all. And Locke is one of the best characters. You never knew what he would do next.

Exactly - he's always consistent and the best thing about him is that you still don't know if he's really a good guy or a villain. Got to love this kind of grey characterisation in Lost.
I don't get what was so 'confusing' about Lost S3, like some people say.

Characters who are not black and white are always the best. You never know what Locke will do to get answers to what he wants. You feel sorry for him a lot of the time but his actions seem to be all wrong.

I didn't think Lost S3 was confusing. I guess people who think that are not paying enough attention. Also people always try focus too hard on finding answers and they begin to come up with wild theories confusing themselves in the process.

I wouldn’t say his actions are all wrong, just selfish most of the time. Like most of the characters on the island. That’s what I find intriguing - they have to stick together to survive and yet everyone still keeps his own secret agenda.

The funny thing is that most of those people I encountered don't want to find the answers for themselves. They want everything explained to them so they could just continue watching the character drama, which is just generic soap opera without the mystery element IMO.
Lost makes your brains work - keep track of all the enigmas. It’s good that we come up with our own theories. At least we have the imagination to.
Just because some people don’t understand the show doesn’t mean it’s bad or that the writers themselves ‘lost’ track of the story - a joke that I frequently hear around the net, which is absurd of course.

since one of my greatnephews is ahalo fan i gave the chief a nod for him
