Ok, random but I'll shoot

Sylar - Sort of a cliche type of villain, all powerful and all-that but not really. He's probably one of the best characters from Heroes but that's not saying much, I like him okay though.
Iron man- Liked him like, 10 years ago before Quesada took over and turned him into a total ass. Anyway, I think he's an interesting character with a lot going on behind him and his movie looks awesome.
ASH J. WILLIAMS - The Evil Dead movies were cool way back when but have sort of lost their coolness now because they feel too mainstream, still a pretty interesting character though.
Master Chief - I love Halo but MC, while a great character design, is sort of a crappy character. He barely ever says anything and doesn't even have a personality.
John Locke - Such an awesome character from a well-written yet sometimes straying show that inspired me in a deep way. He gets my vote.
