While Pratt is my favorite Marvel Chris, considering that last year's Sexiest Man Alive was Adam Levine, this choice seems like a return to the world of the sane for People Mag. Hems is definitely sexy.

But mainly, I can't wait to see Downey & Co. giving him a hard time about this throughout the AoU press tour.

Can't stand Maroon 5, so I second that! Male actors who play superheroes (successfully) have a tendency to make me forget I'm straight.

Seriously though, I have huge respect for Hems as an actor based on how effortlessly he (as a relatively unknown actor at the time) was able to take this huge superhero franchise on his shoulders and make it work through his undeniable charisma and acting talent. Hope he has a long and fulfilling career ahead of him — and judging by the calibre of material and filmmakers he's been working with recently (Michael Mann, Ron Howard), that certainly looks to be the case.

He was swinging the hammer in preparation to fly up there (That's how he flies, right? He uses the hammer's momentum?) and catch Stark. The Hulk just beat him to it resulting in glorious fan-ish pleasure. I loved it.

I really wish he'd jump started the armor with lightning though.

Eh, I didn't mind his look in the first Thor movie (that pic), but personally I much prefer his Thor:TDW/Age of Ultron look more (with the longer hair)

its similar for sure but there are differences. they got rid of the gold trim and discs which im pissed about. also the shoulder/chest area cut off(that revealed his side boob when he was sleeveless in TDW) is now also gone due to the two top discs near his neck being wider apart. its still lvls better than his first two costumes but still..
