Yep, not to mention Thor crushed the ground from the force of his jump.

Thor blocked a punch from Hulk, that tops all of Caps strength feats combined.

Not to mention crushing Iron Man's armor with his bare hands.

This. It slides under the radar but thor has had quite a few impressive strength feats. I mean, let's not forget Iron man in his first movie caught a mini van. And a much stronger armor was getting wrecked physically by Thor.

You know the deal BT 😎

Have you guys seen SIF will return to SHIELD?
Apparently she returns and she's lost most of her memory, and don't recall who she's after on Earth.

Heard about it as well. I'm kind of hoping that, in her return episode, it'll at least give us a small mention or idea on what Thor has been doing during that time since I'm pretty sure that he hasn't rejoined the Avengers in attacking Hydra's bases as of yet.

as a big Cap fan I agree he most likely could not win that fight. But I dont see Cap get manhandled all that much in what we saw. Captain America never gives up no matter how bad things get.

He didn't give up at all, Iron Man came and Loki surrendered.

:halo: Careful..Cap fans are a little sensitive to remarks like that...
Some would have you believe that cap would win in a prolonged battle with Loki..

Which is hilarious

Wondering if her loss of memory is Loki's doing? Like hiding that maybe she found out he's not Odin for example.

Sounds great. Her first appearance on the show was memorable and I'd like to see more. Hopefully they can talk about Thor's endeavors a bit, as herolee said.

It's a bit confusing it says she's lost her short term memory, but doesn't remember Thor. That's a hell of a long short term memory.

Well, I don't think she has early onset alzheimer's or whatever the dude in memento had
those magical memory wipes are usually more targeted

Could it be to do with the fact that Loki sitting on the Asgardian throne?

Probably anything after a certain time but INCLUDING Thor and events

That's more than likely the WHY, Sif lost her memory. She probably discovered Loki is playing Odin and Loki cast a spell

Personally, I suspect Sif's mindwipe is *not* Loki's doing. Unless she found out the truth, he has no reason for messing with her memory. . . and if she did find out, he'd have great incentive to do a lot more than erase her memory. I'm thinking its the fault of whoever she was chasing to Earth; it seems she has point for "Pursue Asgardian criminals on Earth" duty.

Yeah if it's not "FLASH BANG" in your face people will tend to overlook it.

^^ yeah exactly
Thor catching Hulk's overhand slam-punch was one of the biggest feats of strength in any Marvel film so far, but it was so mundane people would easily not notice it

Again, Thor showed he can wrestle with a pissed of Hulk, his insane durability..he's still the top dog of the avengers.

I'm not sure how that means he's top dog. The only reason Hulk was stopped was because the jet lured him away from the fight.

The Avengers merch is popping up. No Electornic Mjolnir yet :(

Agreed. Thor definitely isn't top dog of the Avengers. There's no one on the team right now that comes even close to matching the raw power of the Hulk.

Hulk wouldn't have took the beating Thor did against Kurse, he would've handed him his own ass on a silver platter.

I'm not downing Thor or anything so I don't want anyone to get that impression, he just isn't top dog. Extremely powerful? Yes. The most powerful Avenger? Definitely not.

I have a dream of seeing Thor lift a Helicarrier out of the ocean into a stormy sky while his beard drips with the rain and thunder booms in the background.

That would be freaking awesome.
Just prepare yourself for superman Returns fans accusing Thor of copying Superstalkerman :D

I think Kurse is definately stronger than Hulk in the comics,Thor showed great durability against him.

Thor was holding back against the Hulk though.

He was only trying to contain him,he couldn't even use his powers in that confined space.

This. It's quite obvious.

Hmmm, not quite. He may start stronger than the Hulk, but once Hulk get angrier, he'll surpass him.
