This update came from Nelson at the Michael Bay(shootfortheedit.com)Boards

Spoke to Bay...

1.- Movie will finish filming in four days.

2.- Bay & small unit will go around the country to film stuff in DC, Boston, Detroit, Chicago, Alaska, and other places.

3.- The animations are looking awesome. He's very confident with what they've done so far.

4.- And...

...there is no "Razor". Shia meant to say "Raptor". The F-22 has been filmed very little (or not at all) for the big screen.

Oh jesus was this razor biz still going on? I forgot all about it

I thought there was a consensus that Shia meant Raptor instead of Razor.

This was funny. :yay:

keep it on topic or I am banning people. Oh, and the Lollercaust better NEVER come back on these boards ever

Methinks Starscream in Raptor mode shall be mostly CGI if they weren't allowed to film alot of footage of the aircraft in motion.

Godzilla2000, they were allowed filming enough of the real F-22 for this movie, but what Shinobi reported was that for previous [non TF] movies they weren't filmed that much . . . for example there is an F-22 in the Hulk, the one that climbs up with Hulk on it's "back.

I was under the impression that Bay said that this will be the first movie ever to have filmed f-22. He might be right, the ones in Hulk were probably CG.

According to Bay over at his site... the military has been super-cooperative- seemingly bending backwards to accomodate the movie.

thats because of how good its going to be.

Or because it helps serve their Public Relations needs.

they would have to make it a good movie for that:cwink:

Or one that's jingoistic enough and makes them look sympathetic... or "cool."

Does EVERY one of your comments have to be condescending???

Are all your posts here just one long Mathew Perry impersonation!??

That is my opinion of what I've seen so far, it's my opinion.

Don't let it get to you junior. :wolverine

Shia could ruin any good movie given the opportunity. The boys dense in the head.
