I don't know you so all I can infer from that is that you think cops in general get off on using force and how they justify doing so in their reports since you make no mention of most cops really being good people who are just trying to make a difference. *shrug*

Basically, some neighborhoods want the entire place to be kept up, and not lower property values. That's just how it is. My own mom complains whenever someone has crap all over their lawn or doesn't have it cut. Yes, she is that anal.

Someone could have flicked their cigarette on her lawn.....I bet she would have watered it then....




But seriously, she may not be able to pay a big water bill, and Utah is in the middle of a big drought...

I know A LOT of cops, including my own brother. They're not all bad people and not all of them love to use force in their jobs. Don't make generalizations.

Thank God someone else doesn't just blindly hate cops. Yes, there are some truly bad people that happen to be policemen, but it is a huge minority. The vast majority of police officers that I have met actually got into the job to help people and that is why they still do it.

The part where she says he hit her in the face with the cuffs was more than likely an accident resulting from her resisting, as being struck with standard issue cuffs in the face to even a younger, well built man is gonna do more than give her a little cut on the nose and minor bruising, much less a fragile old lady.
