I have not felt Rebecca is quite right for some time now. But the way they are making it so very apparent... The heist job in the latest episode...then Hagen knowing about the window... Her not making a.big deal of Neal's past like she already knew about it... Makes me think that the show runners want us to think she's involved. If that makes any sense.

Oh yeah it definitely makes sense, shows like this do try to double bluff us with things for sure.

I didn't see the Kate double cross till about a quarter into the latest episode.When she got free then so eager to keep Neal from running to the FBI. I was like awww man she's playing him but her being the mastermind of the whole operation was unexpected.

That twist was fantastic, I mean most of us thought she was too good to be true, but the depth of what she has been up to was a huge swerve and really well executed, the look of shock on Neal's face was palpable.

Next weeks ep looks great, didn't realize that there was only 3 left in the season though.

The only thing I don't like about Bridget Regan's character in this show is she likely won't get to show how much of an ass-kicker she can be.

Yeah, I have to hand it to them, Rebecca being bad was an easy call, but I definitely didn't expect her to be that involved, or actually be in love with Neil. That was a good twist.

White Collar - To get six episode final season

I didn't realize the ratings were going downhill for the show. At any ate I think it's been treading water for a while and in a good position to have a cool final hurrah.

USA seems to be retooling its brand a bit. I can't help but feel White Collar is a casualty of that. But I agree with Rob, it is a good time for this show to call it quits. End while it is on top.

Can't say this news upsets me. They always seemed scared to take any real chances and would just give Neal pretty much the same arc every season.

Not a bad opening. But to reiterate what O'Hare said about eight months ago, it is annoying to see them give Neal yet another similar character arc. I really think they could have gotten past the "will he trust them...maybe not...maybe he will...maybe he'll go back to being bad!" Thing every single time.

Good start to the final season, loved the stuff with Peter and Mozzie. The Pink Panthers secret society of master thieves concept is cool and I'd really like it if they kept it simple, Neal gets in undercover and earns his freedom over the next 5 eps.

I enjoyed eps two and three, Neal and Peter undercover as father and son was fun.

This week was the show at it's best, exploring Neal's personality conflict via him having to con Amy (That actress! :hrt) and letting Mozzie do his thing with the suits!

Adding Keller in gives them a couple of great options to tie things up over the next 3 eps.

My feeling from this weeks ep is that Neal will get his freedom but he'll decide to stay working with the FBI so he can keep doing what he is great at but without feeling like such a bastard, and to protect everyone he cares about from the Pink Panthers he will make it look like it was all Keller that brought them down, and that guy will get what's been coming to him for ages now.

Peter shooting Keller in the head was pretty satisfying. Neal dying was unexpected and Mozzie's reaction was kind of heart wrenching. Great reveal at the end though.

I was right along there with Mozzie, I knew it had to be a con, but at that point I couldn't figure out how. I was pretty much a mess from the moment Neal said he and Peter were best friends.

But it was a good ending, and even though I loved the show, everything comes to an end eventually, and it was time.

Keller had that coming. about time that annoying prick got his.

saw the ending coming when Neal was firing at the dummy and kept the shell which was later used as evidence to his "murder." figured the EMT woman had to be mystery lady that Neal met with in the previous episode. the camera just focused on her a little too long.

with the way the feds have screwed Neal over in the past. It's not surprising he stuck to what he does best. and the chase is on, again.

Peter finally released Neal. This was going to be the moment when Neal has to decide what he’s going to do. And so he walked up to the Flatiron building in New York, and he’s tossing a coin. In one version, the coin lands heads, and he goes to the right and he gets in a limo with Mozzie and they go off to be the greatest criminals ever. And then we’re back with Neal, and he’s standing at that same intersection, tosses the coin and it comes up tails and he goes left and he goes to the FBI. We realize it’s a few years later and Neal’s taken over Peter’s job as head of the White Collar Crime division and he’s now an FBI agent and very happy. And then we come back to Neal, and he’s in that same spot. He tosses the coin and just before it lands, we go to black. We never know which choice he finally made

I thought it was a great final (mini)season and although I wanted Neal to end up staying with Peter and the FBI, I thought the final con was brilliantly done and I guess true to the character, plus in a way he was protecting Peter, Elle, Mozzie, June and the new baby from any potential retribution from the Pink Panthers.

They almost had me with the emotional scenes with Peter and Mozzie but I just never truly bought this show going out on such a dark note, and the Cary Grant-esque ending was more befitting.

Overall this was a really fun series that had a great run, I think like Burn Notice it got too comfy and started treading water for too long, but went out in style and left behind some very re-watchable eps and memorable characters.

Farewell Neal! Enjoy your freedom (or next con?) in Paris.
I had a hunch before the series finale aired that the ending would pull a Burn Notice/TDKR.
But I was still satisfied with the bittersweet conclusion. I like that it ended on somewhat of a question mark on the path Neal will take. Will he go back to being a con man or build a new life as a free man? I also liked that El and Peter named their son Neal. Shows how far him and Neal have come since the Pilot. I'll miss this show and the cast.

Very predictable but satisfying finale.

As repetitive as the show was, it was never not entertaining and I'll miss it and the characters.

I love the finale, Neal is free, It's fitting how they tied up all the losse ends. I had a feel El & Peter would name their boy Neal, Also Mozzy as the surrogate family member.

Ion Television is going to start showing White Collar on Sundays all day long.
