Supernatural Season 3

It is true. But I for one tip my hat to Mr. Kripke for that one.

If Dean were to return in the first 2 or 3 episodes of season 4 then there would have really been no point in sending him to Hell. Having him spend half the season down there makes it more believable, IMO. But they are also going to be showing Dean's story as well throughout the season. It says that when he'll be released, he's gonna be in a new setting, not around Sam or something like that.

See now I REALLY can't wait. This is exactly what I was hoping for. This way Hell actually looks like a big deal and not some hotel you can get out of in a matter of days. Plus can you imagine the geekasm when Dean gets back? :woot:

Have you seen the Hell in Hellraiser? It's more of a screw with your head type of thing. Like the scene where the beds come out of the walls and the girls are having sex under the sheets, then all the blood comes up.

[BLACKOUT]I just read Dean will go to hell, and he will be back in the final few episodes of season 4, not as a human, not dead, not alive, not a demon. Who knows what he will be, also, Sam tells Dean that he hasn't been trying out his Demonic powers, but its a lie! Can't wait.[/BLACKOUT]

Where, may I ask, did you hear this? [blackout]I dont believe that he would be in hell until the final episodes of the season. Theres no way the writers would keep Sam and Dean apart that long. I give Deans time in hell until episode 5. Maybe 6. But he definately needs to stay longer than until the end of episode 1. Whats the point of sending him there if hes just back by episode 1? That be stupid.[/blackout]

I don't see how they would let him "escape" so to speak. His body was torn to shreads by thar hound. But for them to mess with the awesome chemistry these guys had is crazy.

Personally, I'd love to see Bobby and Sam partnered up for half the season. All the while, we see glimpses of the hell Dean's going through. Or maybe his attempts to escape. Hell, Bobby and Sam could cast a spell so they could see and talk to Dean in an early (failed) attempt to get him out. And it just crushes them when he has to go back, and they now know what he's going through.

Nah they f-ed up. Those guys had amazing chemistry. But I'm hoping Dean can comeback cuase I can't see myself watching the show an entire season if these aren't together. They always had great interaction.

It's keeping it fresh. It's original. I'm excited at the prospect of the two being split apart for a part of the season. The two of them have amazing chemistry, they do, but having Dean in hell and Sam on earth is new. It's gonna be a fun season to watch.

I agree. For those still wondering where this info came from, here's the article. Beware of slight spoilers, I guess:
