Is that for speculation(which most stuff on here is regarding the story and such) or only when people have hard facts to present?

Speculation is one thing. If you're discussing what you hope to see, that's cool. Just solid-you-know-this-is-what's-going-to-happen bits I ask you keep covered. Thus, if someone is cruising along in a thread, and someone has a tidbit in tags, and they click on it anyway..they can't whine about spoiler tags not being used.
