The least crucial is the Sandman, but the one with the most focus is the Sandman. It's an issue I think above all else this movie will try and balance- the average person's fascination with a villain with only 10-15 minutes of screen time and the person who is actually meant to be the main opposing focus.

i understand your concerns they are very valid. but i dont understand why everybody cant just have faith in raimi and co. first you guys were complaining about how skinny topher was and how he cant be venom then it was revealed that he was and you guys found something else to bicker about. the costume, then that was revealed and its awsome, and now u move on to the way he moves etc. like i said im not flaming or bashing you, i just think you guys should stop nitpicking the film and have faith in raimi, hes gonna make an epic spiderman movie and you are all gonna love it..

he did venom right.. in my opinion he looks bette rthen he does in the comics..

Don't take my word for it but I faintly remember seeing an interview with Sam Rami and someone asked how come Spiderman doesn't have the white spider.Sam replied with were saving the white spider for something else.

I like what they did with the upper body. Nice Delts and Traps!!

Those Delts are massive awesome! I hope they stay like that in the film.

Symetrical body and looks more believeable / real.

Calves could be thicker - just abit more mass on them.

Face/head is more believeable.

I really like the Venom, but I am more concerned about how he is going to move, like the movement in the air while web-slinging, and how he conducts himself, the look is ok, but if the moves/talking is not there, it could totally ruin the character... IMO

oh the talking will be there and the moves. thats one of the things sam himself has to do, it wouldn't even make sense for venom not talk because how else will he make wisecracks and taunt spidey? sam even knows tha the talking is one of the big part of venom. as for moves I believe venom will jump kick, punch, web-swing and all that stuff, seeing venom fight will be cool because venom wasn't like the past two villians.....he was more of a badass fighting style than just average punching and kicking.

I think that this version of Venom looks better than the previous one that I saw. It has to do with the white spider insignia on his chest. That makes him look more like the comic book version of the character.
