In Batman Returns she is mentioned when he is talking to Selina by the fire place. He says something like she couldn't handle him being Batman and he kept things from her. Its something to that extent anyway.

Also Bruce obviously regrets his relationship with her, and regrets letting her find out who he is, this is evident when he says "Yeah well, who let Vicky Vale into the Bat-cave?".

Kim Basinger and Michelle Pfeiffer were so damn fine in those days I seriously thought Vicki Vale was coming back for Batman Returns and would love to have seen a catfight between her and Selina Kyle.
