Villain(s) Poll

I’d like to get your thoughts on who the next villain(s) should be. It’s been a while since the last poll, and a lot has changed since then. Affleck is out and so is Deathstroke.

I lean towards villains that haven’t been seen onscreen before. It’d be great to see new takes on Penguin, Riddler, Mister Freeze and Ivy, but I think it’d be more exciting to see some villains we haven’t seen before. Hush and Court of Owls could both be great alternatives to Clayface and Strange.

Red Hood would’ve been great if Affleck was returning. But I’m convinced that storyline would be best saved for a sequel.

Do The War of Jokes and Riddles. That way we get the Joker vs the Riddler. And have Catwoman and Penguin involved at some level. Maybe even Kite Man. Yeah, they've been done before, (except Kite Man) but you are going to generate more interest with fan favorites. Deathstroke always seemed a weird choice because how many people have ever even heard of him. Almost as bad as making Steppenwolf the villain in Justice League. If you are going to have a Batman movie at least do a movie with villains people want to see. These are fan favorite villains on Gotham. And it's been a while since Penguin and Riddler have been in a movie.

The live action movie creators of Dc comics fear to much of repeating and copying things from the animated movies and series but they should not, try to embrace it and do it right and better.

Why one main villian if the movie could start with taking one or 2 down and two, three or four others we could apper later as a detective work, action with humor???

Man-Bat, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, Clayface? Hugo strange

Dr Freeze and the Punguin, that duo would make great sense too. Together.

great oportunity to create a villian army against Justice League and Btman as a detective to uncover it.
And take it down, great oportunity to show technology, better bat armor and tech.

Some characters could re-apper in Justice League.

I like to see them used in Gotham City Sirens instead. Also Riddler. David Ayer sort of hinted he was going to use Black Mask as the villain. And Riddler was a big part of GCS.

I'd love to have this movie with Batman going up against mobsters.

I like Deathstroke but I don't really think he fits in a Batman movie. It wasn't until that Arkham game that I even really thought of him as a Batman villain.

Now that they've cameod him and given him an outfit they might as well use him. I think he looked good with the mask. I'd like to see Two Face in a gang war too although I won't mind waiting a bit longer till we see him again. There are quite a few really good Bat-villains who've never been done before I want to see first.

I haven't read them. He gets treated like that too often lol. I want to see a version that feels very different to the Jim Carrey version when we see him next.

Batman is so huge that they just need to get this universe right and they can make films continuously giving loads of villains a chance. No need to keep rebooting every 3 or 4 films (even if the actor eventually changes), and then you can build a mythology and history.
