Doc Oc is a genius inventor he can created a weapon to easily pull vulture to the ground and kill him, Vulture is a thief so he only gets weapons if his crew can make weapons out of the scrap he gets. Doc Oc 100%

Watch SM 2 then immediately watch Homecoming. You will see there is a great difference in the quality of the writing, acting. I'm giving this one to Michael Keaton, who can play a villain just as good as a hero.

Doctor Octopus remains one of the greatest supervillains ever put onscreen. Apart from some corny dialogue, he's fantastic throughout.

Keaton's Vulture is a) nothing like the comic character, and b) more menacing out of costume than in it, which is never a good sign.

I don't get where this whole thing about the Vulture not being menacing comes from. I've seen it several times now. That suit was freaking terrifying!
