Warrior

Finally saw the movie and I must say that it exceed my expectation for it. Even with the trailer basically spoiling the movie, the compelling character drama, the excellent performances and the exciting fight scenes made it very entertaining to watch. Overall, an effectively powerful and heartfelt movie.

4/5

God damn I got teared up watching this great film. Definitely one of the best fighting/sports movies ever made.

just seen this wow this film was amazing i kid you not i legit cried during the hotel room scene

nolte and hardy were phenomenal

as what edgerton

if nolte does'nt get a nomination it will be a crime

I plan to pick this up this week. I saw it in theaters when it came out and was blown away by it. The entire cast was FANTASTIC. The story, characters, fight scenes were all just so well done. I am just mad more people didn't go see this when it was out in theatres.

When I saw it theaters there was only about 12 people in my showing :(. And if anyone had doubts about Tom Hardy playing Bane in TDKR this is the movie that squashes those doubts. I truly believe this movie should get some of of award like a Oscar nod or something. It's on par with or even better than last years The Fighter.

5 out 5 out five stars for me. Fantastic movie!

I just picked it up, and will be watching it again later tonight.

How this film went unrecognized IS a crime. Nolte, Hardy and Edgerton were phenomenal (just top-tier acting at it's finest), the fight choreography was exciting and brutal, and the story/plot was impressive.

To me, as I've stated numerous times, this film ranks right up there with Rocky IV, Cinderella Man, The Fighter, etc.

I will be livid if Nolte is not even nominated.

This is the best fighting movie ever made and my favorite of the year. It's just ridiculous how great it is.

Just finished it.

Wow. That was one hell of a movie.

Everyone was great but Nick Nolte was phenomenal. That hotel scene had me choked up.

Great film.

They did a great job with the fighting scenes and the performances were all fantastic. I didn't get emotional at the end but close to it. I'll be damned if Nolte doesn't get nominated.

9/10

I know right? Nolte was simply phenomenal

So close! Gotta wait til Christmas to watch this, my wife won't let me open it up early...

It is absolutely criminal how much this film has not been recognized.

I went back and looked at the box office numbers… :csad:

WTH? I could've sworn remembering it made some decent money. But it didn't even make back its budget.

Wasn't it #1 at the B.O.?

I know this movie needs way more recognition. :(

Some dismissed it because of the MMA stuff but the movie is so much more than that. Unfortunately some people were unable to see pass that and didn't watch it.

it needs more love

golden globes are worthless how does jonah hill get nominated for supporting actor and nolte gets snubbed?

saw this last night, really liked it a lot but i wish it didnt end like that in that it was so abrupt? i had some many questions after the movie that i wanted to know the answers to.

did he get his job back for instance lol

That's one thing I would've liked...just a lil more closure.

Esp. Pertaining to their relationship with their father.

With Tommy we got an idea, with Brennan it was much more left open.

really love nolte in this he gave my favorite performance of the year

that hotel scene still gets me in tears

The ending was perfect. We dont always need to know everything.
