World Webbing formula - Part 1

the solvent for PVA is only water, because it is dissolvable in water. However, if you are mixing it with something else, you may want to use acetone as well.

Yes and beacause the aqeus acetone have water it will be good right?

Well, I still have my doubts in PVA because of the water, but if it can be evaporated fast enough then it will be great!
The problem with fast evaporation of water is the formation of gas witch might create bubbles in the strand witch will drastically decrease the tensile strength!

I'm not sure with PVA, it may have to be just water. I am not sure of how dissoluble water is in acetone, or whether they will separate.

My formula is Elmer's glue, super glue, water, acetone, borax, graphene, salt and vinegar, and soap. The water dissolves the Elmer's glue, the acetone dissolves the super glue, the borax is basically the catalyst for the Elmer's glue and water, the salt and vinegar is the catalyst for the super glue and acetone, the graphene is for strength, and the soap is for expansion. If the soap doesn't work, I will subtract it and replace it with baking soda to the vinegar and salt mixture.

Do not put too much water in the container with the super glue it will start to cure.

Okay guys, the heating system is almost finished! Just one quick question!
What is the best, to have it continuously at 100celsius or to begin heating when a button I pressed???

But if you keep it on the hold time, it will waste the battery and run out quicker.

I tried with 9 volts right now and it got up to about 80 degrees Celsius!
It took about 20 sec for it to heat up.
If I use a 11.1 volt lipo batter with 5000 mah it should last for 1-2 hours!

And you know how to get graphene? If not, I can tell you how. In fact, I can tell you all how if you don't know.

I know a couple tutorials on how to make it, but it'll be cool to know where to buy it. But it's gotta be low cost. Like I said, I'm on a low budget.

Alright, I don't know how expensive these things are, but you need:
pure magnesium
dry ice
water
some way to evaporate water or filter out the solid

Take the pure magnesium, and light it on fire. Then put it between 2 blocks of dry ice. Leave it there for a while, then pull apart the dry ice blocks. At this point you will have a ball that is a mixture of magnesium oxide and graphene. The good thing about this is that magnesium oxide is water soluble, so just put that into water and dissolve the magnesium oxide, and you are left with graphene. However, this is a small amount, but only about 5-10% of the ideal formula is graphene.

I am in the process of constructing an ideal formula, and will soon be able to give it to you. It involves my original formula, elastyrene, and graphene.
So, here are some things to look forward to in the near future:
•New formula
•Continued web shooter construction tutorial (TONIGHT: How to make buttons for your trigger)
•Web shooter prototype pictures
•Homemade solenoid valves, if I get the time
•Programming video for ATMEGA 168/328 (depending on how many people want it)
•Video of me shooting the SPIDER

I will now be referring to the web shooter project as the SPIDER, as Widow did, because web shooter technically is not the correct name for what we are building. We are building a rapid polymer extrusion device, which is why Widow referred to it, and as I will continue to refer to it, as the SPIDER: Strong Polymer Is Drawn/Extruded Rapidly.
If anyone wants extra details on anything, including some stuff on my old formula, and some other things, feel free to PM me.
I can't be on as much; I am really swamped with school. I will be here for questions, comments, and will still be in the process of building the shooter.
If you want me to make a tutorial on anything for building, synthesizing, programming, etc. please PM me and I will do the best I can.

sounds good!
when will we be seeing the SPIDER shot?
and is there any other way to make the graphene?
and when will you be trying out the new formula?

There's a way to make it with scotch tape and pencil lead. Shave some graphite from the pencil lead onto a piece of scotch tape. Place the sticky part of that tape into the spot with graphite on it. Pull the sticky part from it and repeat this several times. You should get a small sheet of graphene. But that won't be enough. So does anyone know where I can buy magnesium and dry ice? And what container should I use to light the dry ice/magnesium on fire?

And I heard magnesium oxide strong, expansive, fire proof, and reflective white(the color of webbing).

You can't really do that with pencil lead I think, because it is not pure graphite, it also has clay and other deterioration sediments in it to help it rub off onto the paper.
Magnesium, you will probably use the internet for or go to a chemical supply store. Dry ice is at a lot of grocery stores, ask around.
