after waiting forever, the iphones have dropped in price again... $99 for an 8g or $199 for a 16g...

I'm leaning towards the 8 for the price, but, really I'm not sure how much songs, pictures, etc it can hold....any body know?

Actually Yes. I can move this WITH my iPhone, since I can get online with it and it is the REAL internet, not some bastardized Mobile Version of it.

Spring for the 199! You never know when your fart app might come in handy and there's no excuse for not having enough room.

I would love to get an iPhone but At&T has such crappy service in my area. I have Verizon and really like their service, but the iPhones are so sweet. I've heard Apple and Verizon are in talks again since At&T's exclusive contract runs out next year, I hope they become available. I have an LG Voyager and I like it, but it's just not sleek enough and the touchscreen can't hang with an iPhone. My roommate moved from Texas to Tennessee and he recently had to give up his iPhone and change to Verizon because he can't get service here.

If Apple jumps on Verizon, I'll wait, however if I hear that it's signing on to AT&T for longer, I'm probably going to jump on the Pre.

I think it was be a huge mistake staying exclusively with At&T. My roomate couldn't get picture messaging on his iPhone...that's crazy. Does At&T have a picture messaging? Can anyone with an iPhone or At&T here confirm this?

That's insane. My roomates bill was over $100 a month too. Apple has to realize the worst thing about the iPhone is At&T.

It's not that bad, I pay about $80 a month, but I've had AT&T for over 5 years, and my original contract is at a much cheaper price for a ton of minutes, and AT&T can't do anything about it. Muwhahaha!

Actually, I bought my Girlfriend an iPhone and she pays less now than she did at Sprint. Even with the Data Plan for the iPhone.
