It's a bummer about the West Coast thing. CW #6 is a hot book.

I'll ask this now: In respect to West Coasters, when I inevitabley write my BOUGHT/THOUGHT on Thursday or Friday, should I:

1). Post the thing as I usually do, all text, no spoiler tags?
2). Post it, but spoiler tag it so West Coasters can choose to avoid it?
or
3). Not post it at all?

I imagine sheer chaos at the boards anyway, but I figured I'd ask before deciding the best course. I was leaning towards #2, as for some reason many people don't mind spoilers anyway.

Dude post it normally, its a given spoilers will be posted in those threads anyway.

Just post normally. The whole thread is supposed to be taken as one giant spoiler anyway.

I know the thread is supposed to be a giant spoiler, but I figured this may be special since many Hypsters through no fault of their own have to sit an extra week.

Plus, I've still gotten flack for spoilers in the B/T thread. iloveclones once barked at me for "ruining" a twist in BEYOND that was exposed via solicts on a week that BEYOND wasn't selling.

Still, two for the first option...

Meh, its all fair game. When discussing a book, stuff from past and future issues will be brought up.

Yeah, post it like you usually do. It's only people who live in a certain area in ONE country, why should the rest of us go without? we shouldnt.

It happens one way or the other.

So it hasnt hit since 1939, but they do hit.:o

No no no, read that again. There is a difference between a hurricane and a tropical storm, which is what hit in 1939.

A hurricane has NEVER hit California, since they started recording these things back when our great grandpappies were still tadpoles.

Meh, California is still the best place to live.

Pffft - California rocks. We have the most beautiful women (of course, I'm partial to Latinas), the best weather, and a little bit of everything else. (Except for snow, snow sucks.)

Seriously, it's titillating how many non-Californians don't realize just how huge the state is, and subsequently how varied the climates are. I'm in the Valley, which is a majority of the state, and the worst we've ever received from an earthquake is seeing water tremble a bit in a glass.

There are literally NO natural disasters for the majority of the state: earthquakes affect less than 17% of California. The worst thing the majority of us have to worry about is "cold weather" during winter - in the vein of extremely low temperatures - around 45 degrees. ;)

Latinas are okay. My one experience of California was like walking into a room of greedier versions of my sister. I've never seen that many immediate opinions wrapped up in extremely flashy clothes, and huge sunglasses, with the most annoying things to say, in my entire life.

And I originate from France.

Haha! I can respect that, but I'm just saying I think you went to the wrong part. :D

You know whats funny, they say the same thing about Florida, the percentage is actually lower here, and there was a town up north that felt a tremor that actually cracked some walls and such. Crazy.

This is bogus....what is so bad that they can't get comics through.

So I need an answer....does this mean tht there will be no comics in Eureka?

Cause I plan to be in Eureka tomorrow.

If there will be comics (Which I doubt) then I need the address ofa comic shop in Eureka

They had a little Blizzard in Denver, did you hear about it?

Hollywood.

That explains it. Most residents of California avoid the place unless they are escorting friends or relatives on a sightseeing tour. Hollywood is for the tourists.

Doesn't living in California lower your I.Q. the more you stay there?

Of course not. The constant strain of navigating heavy traffic and deducing which store is going to have what you want and which ones will be sold out is great exercise for the brain.

"Like, which way is quicker to the mall that has that thing on sale?". Yeah, sounds real.......brain-sercise-y.

Hollywood rocks! I've lived in So Cal my whole life, and am right over the hill from Hollyweird. It's great. One train stop and I am in the heart of LALA LAND.

Florida still rocks Cali hard and I'll tell you why.

We're home of the original Bangbus.

Yep, you have dirty girls, we have hot ones. Works out well. ;)
