What if a victim of rape murders the person who raped her/him? Which person is worse? The person who raped the victim but didn't kill her/him or the victim who murdered the rapist?

Ummmmm I dont know. I would say taking human life as a vigilante is always wrong, no matter how bad the other person is. Good question though.

depends. If i was raped in a dark alley. I wouldn't tell nobody, and that be that. It isn't that I afraid of spilling the beans to the public, just I won't if I don't have to. Hard to explain.

Assault and battery: Depends on the actual circumstances. Again, these are legal terms, and not all battery is wrong.

Possession of Narcotics: 5-10, depending on whether there's intent to sell, and to whom.

Driving under the influence: 10

this is all very subjective and depends on a case to case basis surely?

if i was 17 and had sex with my 15 year old girlfriend, i could go down as a child rapist.

hardly a crime of the century

if i had sex with a lady willingly then something else happened that led to the deterioration of the relationship and she accused me of rape, i could go down as a rapist. heck nowadays they are saying that verbal consent is required just to cover your bets and even so with alcohol involved what's to say concensual.

if those are the rape and child rape cases we are speaking of, personally i don't think there's anything wrong with either.
