A third fastball special with Colossus throwing Rothman throw a brick wall, through wolverine's claws, and right at the knee's of phoenix who ownz him. Then have the Blackbird land on him

Haha, nice!:up::D

-sigh-

My 22.50 back for the three times I saw this in the theater...and Ratner and Singer's double teaming and reshot X3 with better character development, action, and everything.

With Marsden, Berry, and Jackman fighting to save their friend/lover, Jean.

-sigh-

Behind the scenes, bloopers, deleted scenes, extended scenes, phoenix firebird, cast audio commentaries, etc.

I want to see the concept art that Guy Dyas did for Singer of a Grey Beast and Beast's Laboratory plus i want to see screen tests of the new actors.

I think they storyboarded a fight sequence in Xavier's office. I'd like to see what that would have looked like incl. all the cut characters.

A Patrick Stewart voiceover:

"Since the dawn of cinema, there have always been moments when the course of a film franchise is shifted. Such a turning point is upon us now. A conflict, between the fans and the studios, for a better trilogy, whose outcome may affect the movie so greatly, there will be no going back to the theater. I do not know if victory at the box office is possible; I only know that great sacrifice will be required by the fans; because the bank accounts of a few, depend on the many, WE...MUST....TAKE...IT...UP....THE....A**."

A rebate offer for the exact amount of the DVD.

:rolleyes:

All of these threads are starting to look the same..

Perhaps they should all be merged into 1 super duper mega thread ;)

Sorry, kids, if my posts offend anyone. This is just my way of venting because I came away disappointed by the movie. Over at the Xverse, I was sometimes vocal about people jumping to conclusions regarding the outcome of the movie. I tried to emphasize patience, while remaining optimistic about the film. But now that it's out, and I've seen it 3 TIMES (my wife dragged me to it the last 2 times, and each time was no better than the previous one, yet she LOVES IT), I think I have just as much right to show my frustration by making wisecracks as those who loved it do by praising it. I wish I shared your enthusiasm, I SWEAR I DO. My frustration is directed more at Fox and studios in general that are more concerned about profits than quality.

I hate to break it to you, but not everyone's going to share the same viewpoint. If you take what I say too much to heart, then you may have to use the good ole ignore option, because I ain't finished yet. I know it's crazy, but it keeps me from going insane ;)

For me its not that the people who didnt like the movie dont have a right to their opinions but they have threads for those who want to vent there frustration. So why come to the thread where people talk about what they want to see on the dvd. Which mean that some of them must have liked the movie and plan to buy the dvd.

Very good point :up:, and you're probably right. It's just my sarcastic brand of humor going too far, I suppose. Maybe it's just the fact that I was so disappointed with the outcome, the fanboy moments I was eagerly anticipating and expecting (Colossus vs. Juggs, Phoenix effects, etc.) that were not included in the final cut, that the idea of a DVD at this time just gives me a sickening feeling. The image of Rothman and his cronies having a money fight in his office. The image of Rothman salivating on his keyboard while reading these boards and seeing posts by people stating how much they can't wait for the DVD. If you loved the movie, then great. I wish like hell I could feel the same. Just know that this movie could've been SO MUCH BETTER; it could've been the comic book film to end all comic book films if not for studio politics. A DVD, especially multiple versions, is just another way for us fans to contribute to those who continue to use us and take us for granted. My apologies, though, if I offended anyone.
