"Since the dawn of cinema, there have always been moments when the course of a film franchise is shifted. Such a turning point is upon us now. A conflict, between the fans and the studios, for a better trilogy, whose outcome may affect the movie so greatly, there will be no going back to the theater. I do not know if victory at the box office is possible; I only know that great sacrifice will be required by the fans; because the bank accounts of a few, depend on the many, WE...MUST....TAKE...IT...UP....THE....A**."

My 22.50 back for the three times I saw this in the theater...and Ratner and Singer's double teaming and reshot X3 with better character development, action, and everything.
With Marsden, Berry, and Jackman fighting to save their friend/lover, Jean.
-sigh-

So why come to the thread where people talk about what they want to see on the dvd. Which mean that some of them must have liked the movie and plan to buy the dvd.
, and you're probably right. It's just my sarcastic brand of humor going too far, I suppose. Maybe it's just the fact that I was so disappointed with the outcome, the fanboy moments I was eagerly anticipating and expecting (Colossus vs. Juggs, Phoenix effects, etc.) that were not included in the final cut, that the idea of a DVD at this time just gives me a sickening feeling. The image of Rothman and his cronies having a money fight in his office. The image of Rothman salivating on his keyboard while reading these boards and seeing posts by people stating how much they can't wait for the DVD. If you loved the movie, then great. I wish like hell I could feel the same. Just know that this movie could've been SO MUCH BETTER; it could've been the comic book film to end all comic book films if not for studio politics. A DVD, especially multiple versions, is just another way for us fans to contribute to those who continue to use us and take us for granted. My apologies, though, if I offended anyone.
