I was at my second job over the weekend, which is a book warehouse that houses books for Amazon.com, and found an old Playboy in the pile of donated stuff that was from 1957. Me and a couple of the other dudes on the floor pretty much agreed that the females during that time that modeled seemed to have more of an innocent aura about them as opposed to nowadays where they're all airbrushed with caked on makeup and all have the same Greg Land-like porn face...I blame MTV and what not now since it's all become so amalgamated. I am a fan of the 50s and 70s era myself. :o If you provide examples, you already know to keep it remotely clean. :oldrazz:

okay growing up in the eighties means that i was first exposed to eighties early ninties stuff. and what you are exposed to is going to shape your preferences some what. anyway Carrie Westcott was damn hot. nowerdays i like european films from the late seventies early eighties because it was before the proliferation of augementation and photoshop (alot of the stars of that era apeared in magazines aswell). and i think it was at that point people had honed in on beauty before diversifying into stylistic preference.

60's.

These days Playboy has some of the most heavily airbrushed pics of probably any magazine. It's too the point where the girls look like they are made of wax or plastic. There is also the generic heavily applied porn makeup, that seems to be everywhere.

I've never actually held an issue of Playboy in my sticky little hands, so I wouldn't know.

I looked at e-bay one day to see some old playboy pics and I gotta say, the women from the 60's and 70's were stunning..And they were all real to. Now it's all about being pencil thin, photoshop and fake boobs.

I was in love with the 60's models growing up.... Still am really.

As for the worst decade, it would have to be the 90's. The 1990's playboy look was all about huge Pamela Anderson implants. ******* bigger than the womans head = gross.

I like the last 10 years or so when they started figuring out the pubes had to go.
I do dislike the fake breast.

On another note, I actually only read the articles. True story.

Then how do you know the models have been shaving, if you've only been reading the articles?

Just askin...
