so what the heck ever happened? i mean, the last time i read anything about him was in house of m.. when cloak discovered his burial spot was empty, and it seems it was left at that? i stop reading most of the x-books a couple months ago and have not heard any mention of him at all. i bought the civil war files book that came out this week and in it there's a pic of him saying he was de-powered on m-day but i have not heard anything! did i miss something? is he out in limbo? does anyone care where xavier is at? sorry if someone asked this already. i would appreciate a reply very much indeed though, thanks in advance. :yay:

Xavior was a pivitol role in Ed Brubunker's "Deadly Genesis", although this story took place in the past, it's events are just playing out now. Ed took the Prof over with him to Uncanny X-Men, where he is currently de-powered but leading the team into space. He also appeared in X-Men 188 (I think?), and of course, he's regularly occuring in the Ultimate X-Men comics, but that is not in normal continuity.

hmm okay. so one more question.. when did xavier appear again after m-day? i know they didn't find him in house of m, so what happened after? did he just appear somewhere not with the x-men and then showed up at the mansion?

His 1st appearance was in X-Men Deadly Genesis. You really need to read that basically, and you'll be brought up to speed. Xavier made some REAL stupid mistakes, and REALLY pissed off Scott.

They found Xavier in Ireland, able to walk, and powerless. In the end, Scott told the Prof to f**k off, but Xavier still tagged along to the mansion. Some of the others, (e.g. Hank,) are okay with the proffeser in the mansion, but Scott wants him out.

To be honest, this is becoming ridiculous. All Bendis, Joey Q, Brubaker, and Whedon all wanted to bring Xavier forward, and said they got major plans for him, and he's not that perfect after all.

Well, what do we have? Lots of teasing and dangling sub-plots. Great work guys. They may've ruined another character for a while. Actually, seeing as Ratner, (kinda,) offed the Prof in X3, maybe they no longer feel obliged to take care of the character.

Hmm I dunno. I dont like that they seem to keep having to give him new deep dark secrets but he is being used pretty well in Uncanny, and In 'the rise and fall of the Shiar empire' he knows it was his fault and his own responsibility, and is in some way trying to amend his actions as best he can.
Scott aswell, hes very angry at Professor X, but from his farewell to the Uncanny team in 476 it seems like he still cares about him and doesnt wish any ill harm on him.
