"What If...?" Comic Book Crossovers.

Dead. Gotta break a few eggs to get an omlette. :D

Of course many years later they'd rise as Black Lanterns. Or...

Sue becomes a Red Lantern.
Reed becomes an Orange Lantern.
Johnny becomes a Star Sapphire.

We'll say that Doom was offered the Sinestro ring for the sector.

This could be fun. :D

Those of you commenting on Doomsday beating Thor without much difficulty MUST be talking about classic Thor. I haven't read the last few Thor issues, but I do know that current Thor has Odinforce, and not only destroyed the Destroyer armor without much difficulty, but even recreated all of Asgard with nothing more than a thought.

DD goes down against that level of power without a doubt.

P.s. The Rulk incident was pure ******ation obviously. I can't respect anyone who cites it as anything other than a grievous example of comic writing at its worst.

First of all, I'm getting a little tired of this debate over whether or not Thor could beat Doomsday single handed. The problem is an apparent lack of consistancy in Marvel's writing. Judging by the posts I've read on this thread in his own comics Thor is so powerful that all he has to do is fart and he'd wipe out all the villains in the entire Marvel Universe in one foul swoop. But in any comics where he's teaming up with other superheroes (The Avengers, Marvel Zombies, Hulk vs Rulk, etc) they power him down, presumably in order to keep him from outshining his companions. In my scenario I had Doomsday meet The Avengers, so he was battling THE AVENGERS COMICS Thor, not THOR COMICS Thor. And THE AVENGERS COMICS Thor would need help fighting Doomsday. End of debate!

, I personally think Doomsday would wipe out either version, if Doomsday can almost beat Darkseid to death, he can do it to Thor.

How about Marvel Zombies vs The JLA? I see Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Robin all being eaten. Possibly Green Arrow as well. Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Cyborg, and Black Canerry all being turned. Superman, Supergirl, and possibly Captain Marvel would be the only ones who can possibly stop the zombies.

How about Buffy The Vampire Slayer vs Army Of Darkness? I believe both comic series are published by Dark Horse, which makes such crossovers much easier. Either The Necronomicon finds its way to Sunnydale (if the story takes place pre-Season 7) or into the hands of Twilight (if the story takes place during Season 8). Someone uses it to unleash the deadites onto The Slayer(s). Ash comes along and there's the big team up. In the end, Ash ends up giving Buffy The Line ("Gimme some sugar baby!") and they kiss. Then Ash rides off into the sunset, thinking he'd finally destroyed The Necronomicon (which, of course, he hadn't). Should make for some great witty banter between Ash and Buffy.

Or how about Batman vs Predator 3? In Part 1 The Predator was hunting professional boxers. In Part 2 The Predator was hunting Batman for revenge against the loss of the previous hunter, and a second hunter was dispatched to stop him because such actions go against their society's code of conduct (Batman defeated thier previous hunter fairly and honorably). In this one, a hunter comes to Gotham to prey on its criminal element. It stalks and kills some of Batman's worst and most frequent repeat offenders. Again, like in Batman vs Punisher, the slain targets are known supervillains like Killer Crock, Solomon Grundy, The Ventriloquist/Scarface, etc, but not the REALLY well known ones like The Joker or Bane. Batman ends up stopping the hunter... again.

The Buffy/Evil Dead crossover is such a good idea that I literally assumed that it has already been done.

The predator/batman thing just seems repetitive at this point. It's been established that batman can beat a Predator. It may as well be Batman vs Thug.

I'd like to see some more Predator crossovers though. Predators are pretty cool. Maybe with Daredevil or Punisher or something.

Correction on my last post. Army Of Darkness is published by Dynamite Comics. Buffy The Vampire Slayer is published by Dark Horse Comics.

I've just emailed all of the Buffy The Vampire Slayer comics crossover ideas to Dark Horse Comics. I don't know if they'll do anything with it, but now they have the suggestions. Who knows? Maybe we'll actually see Buffy vs Army Of Darkness in the near future.

I'd read that. Even though you're yelling for some reason.

How about The JLA Meet The Watchmen? Or even The JLA vs The Watchmen? Relatively easy to do since both comics are done by DC. But it makes for some interesting pairings. For example:

Dr. Manhatten and Superman. Would Superman's Kryptonian DNA actually be resistant to Dr. Manhatten's powers?

The Flash and Ozymandas. Ozymandas is fast enough to dodge bullets, but is he faster than The Flash?

Batman and Night Owl. These two are most alike. Similar skills, even similar costumes/body armor. A fight between the two would be interesting to watch.

Wonder Woman and Silk Spectre II. Wonder Woman would have the edge if these two ever got into it, as her bracelettes, belt, and tiarra give her superhuman abilities.

Green Arrow and The Comedian. These two are quite evenly matched. Should a fight break out between the two of them it should prove quite entertaining.

Green Lantern and Rorshak. Hal's power ring gives him a decided advantage. Without it, it would be an interesting fight.

Only real question is what threat would be great enough to bring both teams together? And what would be the spark that forces a confrontation between two sets of heroes.

The Flash and The Guy Who Kills The Comedian (I only saw the movie once and don't own the graphic novel, I'll make corrections later). The rich dude is fast enough to dodge bullets, but is he faster than The Flash?

Wonder Woman and Miss Jupiter. (Was that her name?) Anyway, Wonder Woman would have the edge if these two ever got into it, as her bracelettes, belt, and tiarra give her superhuman abilities.

Green Arrow and The Comedian. These two are quite evenly matched. Should a fight break out between the two of them it should prove quite entertaining.

Green Lantern and The Ink Blot Guy (told you I couldn't remember their names). Hal's power ring gives him a decided advantage. Without it, it would be an interesting fight.

ozymandas silk spectre IIand rorshack respectively

How about The Autobots vs The X-Men and The Decepticons vs The Brotherhood of Mutants?

I would also like to see a Buffy/Hack//Slash/ Dead @ 17 crossover ( Bring on the hot ass-kicking chicks ! )

Afro Samurai/ Samurai Champloo

Bucky O'Hare/ Usagi Yojimbo.

Transformers/Terminator crossover. Imagine Skynet and the Decepticons teaming up.

That would be awesome, obviously The Autobots and Humans would team up also, seeing Optimus and John Connor head their army would be awesome.
