How do you know this? Iran has something like 24 days before they will allow an inspection. The deal sucks. Even John Kerry said we are not funding terrorism.
Why give billions to a nation who threatens you verbally and hates you?
Who says Iran can buy their own nukes with the money we are freeing up?
Radical Islam combined with nuclear weapons is the biggest single threat to the Earth.
Obama is either a naive fool or a very sinister person.
Our inspectors generally know what the hell they are doing. They arent going to walk into an empty facility see that its empty and say, "Well its empty lets go home." You've been told this over and over. The 24 day thing is irrelevant. Nuclear material leaves traces that last longer than 24 days. And because we moniter Iran if they did move anything significant we would know about it.
About the money Iran is getting, this I what I found on it:
The United States and Iran today have settled a long outstanding claim at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal in the Hague.
This specific claim was in the amount of a $400 million Trust Fund used by Iran to purchase military equipment from the United States prior to the break in diplomatic ties. In 1981, with the reaching of the Algiers Accords and the creation of the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal, Iran filed a claim for these funds, tying them up in litigation at the Tribunal.
This is the latest of a series of important settlements reached over the past 35 years at the Hague Tribunal. In constructive bilateral discussions, we arrived at a fair settlement to this claim, which due to litigation risk, remains in the best interests of the United States.
Iran will receive the balance of $400 million in the Trust Fund, as well as a roughly $1.3 billion compromise on the interest. Irans recovery was fixed at a reasonable rate of interest and therefore Iran is unable to pursue a bigger Tribunal award against us, preventing U.S. taxpayers from being obligated to a larger amount of money.
All of the approximately 4,700 private U.S. claims filed against the Government of Iran at the Tribunal were resolved during the first 20 years of the Tribunal, resulting in payments of more than $2.5 billion in awards to U.S. nationals and companies through that process.
There are still outstanding Tribunal claims, mostly by Iran against the U.S. We will continue efforts to address these claims appropriately

So its money we already owed them.
As for them buying nukes, the deal didnt make it any easier for them to buy nukes. All we can do and have been doing is monitoring the situation and tracking nuclear materials. Are you aware that nuclear materials from countries is watched very closely and monitored? If it goes missing or turns up on the black market it can be found. Havent you ever wondered why nukes arent generally on the black market and falling into the hands of terrorists. Its becaue the US and other NATO countries keep a close eye on all sources of nuclear materials. Terrorists cant just make nuclear grade material in their basement. It requires specfific facilities and equipment and all of it is heavily monitored.
This website explains and details the way we and oher countries monitor nuclear materials:

The deal stripped Iran of its ability to make high grade material. Before the deal they could have achieved the ability to make high grade material. You say you dont want them to get a nuke but then turn around and damn the deal that ensured they couldn't make one themselves.
And, no, radical islamists with a nuke is not the single greatest threat to earth. Climate change, resource shortage, deforestation, lack of regulations in key areas etc are causing real damage and deaths here and now and will cause lots more in the future. The only thing your hypothetical scenario of radical islamists getting a nuke is doing is causing irrational paranoia.
