Uh...yeah. But you're the one who asked how many of those characters would work on a TV budget. I'm not going to look up every single character and determine for you whether or not they'd work in a TV format.
A TV show's budget is way smaller then a movie's budget, so its far harder to do super heroes in a TV show then a movie, unless its a super hero that doesn't require a lot of special effects. The Question would be a easier to do then Hawkman as a TV show, just as an example.
Very true. I didn't mean to imply that every second tier character would be best left to television. I'm sure some (like Hawkman) have the potential to work as a feature film, or would be just too expensive to do on a TV budget. That's why I asked you for examples.
