So what's your favorite wrestling movie. I've seen polls on here for Batman movies, Star Wars movies, Comic Book movies, Slasher Flicks, etc. I just thought I'd try something a little different. So place your vote, post your comments, and most of all have fun.

No Holds Barred.

Rip Em!

That movie is a lot of fun. Not a GREAT movie by a technical standpoint, but fun none the less. Gotta give Hulkster and Vince props for writing the script themselves.

I gave my vote to Nacho Libre. One: it's based on a true story. Two: Jack Black actually went to a lucha libre school to learn to wrestle, and you gotta respect that kinda work ethic (it's more than what Oliver Platt did for Ready To Rumble). Three: Jack Black actually did many of his own stunts, and you gotta respect that from someone who's not even a wrestler. He even got juiced while jumping on Ramses.

Ready to rumble and nacho libre are my guilty pleasures

Funny to see the Wrestler next to those other movies.

Well I also included documentaries like Beyond The Mat and The Un-Real Story Of Professional Wrestling. If it's about wrestling, I've tried to include it. Personally I enjoy all the above, and I find choosing one above the others tough to say the least. Still, not every movie about wrestling can be a comedy (and really shouldn't). Personally, I'd love to see Mick Foley's autobiographies turned into a biodrama. That would totally rock!

The Matrix Reloaded

I wrestled with the architects speech all summer long.

There are a few movies I forgot to add.

The One And Only (starring Henry Winkler)

Man On The Moon
Not technically a wrestling movie, but with Andy Kaufman's reign as Intergender Wrestling Champion and his match against Jerry "The King" Lawler it deserves an honorable mention.

American Angels (starring "The Farmers Daughter" Brandie Mae and "The Magnificent" Mimi)

All The Marbles
Peter Falk (of Columbo) plays the manager of a womens tag team, and he guides them to the World Tag Team Championship.
