What movie did Superman stand on the side of a skyscraper?

In one of the Superman movies a burglar is climbing up a skyscraper like Spider-Man but using suction cup type things. He looks up and sees Superman standing on the side of the building like this:

Does anyone know what movie that was, and what part of the movie?

I need to find it for photo referencing on lighting and shadows in that type of setting.

Takes place right after his first appearance and rescue of Lois.

It was a cool scene.
I thought it was where Mister J told me it was, the only reason I asked here is because even though they had the whole movie on Youtube I couldn't find that scene. I watched, scanned through parts 1-4 and nothing.
I watched the part from the helicopter accident to the next day at the Daily Planet, Part 3, and the scene must have been cut out.

So, does anyone know where on the internet I can find that scene?
I still can't find it, and I still need it for photo reference for my art.
