Wizard of Oz is the only one that seriously needs to be done the way the Baum novel was written. It would piss off millions who feel the earlier one is the end all be all, but they'd get over it, as they'd end up seeing it anyway.

I think the only one I would want to see remade is Clash of the Titans, they are all classic movies but with the new effects Clash could be done amazing.

I'd also like to see the Last Starfighter redone, or even a sequel and the voyages of Sinbad.

What? What the hell are you talking about? Leave those movies alone. Do you think movies like that are easily to repeat? NO! Otherwise you would see it done all the time. Why do you think so often sequels suck? Very few trilogies are as good or better than the first and even less produce multiple sequels.

How about comming up with new ideas? Less crap like Fast and the Furious, Biker Boys, and so on?

And no, Ghostbusters 2 is not better than the first. Not even close.

Ghostbusters there is talks about making a 3rd but they should not remake it.

Agreed, it's a classic. How about Hollywood does something bright and stops remaking movies all together? Has anyone even seen a better remake?

The only one I can think of is Ocean's 11, but they ****ed that up by making a sequel. And of course 13 is on the way.

How about Hollywood remakes movies that were bad? Like oh I don't know, Swamp-Thing?

I'd like to see more versions of Robin Hood, Treasure Island and the Three Muskateers. There are some stories and characters that I love seeing redone and reinvented or updated. Properties like Superman and Zorro are included, these types of characters can transend generations, if done with care.

He brought a lot of love and personality to his creations, it's his personal touches and artistry that I doubt that CGI could ever match.

I am well aware of that. I'd like to see a new version of Robin Hood. Kinda like they do the legend of king arthur. So watch it for i even have that movie on dvd. I happen to like the movie. Its just think every generations of movie goers should have a new Robin Hood movie. As well as Dracula, Treasure Island and The Three Muskateers.
I don't mean cartoon or tv made movie versions. As for Muskateers i am aware of Disneys 3 Muskateers with Kiefer Sutherland. Man In The Iron Mask with John Malkovich. And The Low Budget movie The Muskateers. I'd like to see a three muskateer version with Viggo Mortenson, Hugh Jackman, and Johnny Depp and Ron Perlmen.
