I gotta start being a more responsible adult and watch the news more often. But I get conflicted on which to follow the most. Thoughts?

ABC7?
Pix11?
CBS2?

Are... are you not aware that you're watching your local Channel 7, 11, and 2 news? The morning/evening/late night news is different for ABC and CBS throughout the country.

You're so cute that you think anyone reports news any more.

Sports center lol. I hate the news and never watch it at all. I just find the news to depersing has I can turn the news on and in like 5 minutes I will hear about someone being raped or murder or something and I already have a hard time with depersion. We just live in a sick messed up evil word and I don't want to hear about it and in an enlechen year they talk about who is running for president for like 10 months its like talk about it when it get to being time to vote. So during those years I just want to shoot my self.

that's how little i've been paying attention dude.

hey, that dress was so hot that it was ON the morning news, so hey...

I'm Canadian and I don't like "bad" news so I usually watch

The Weather Network - traffic & weather and nice music playing in the background.

If they go to commercial I watch CITY TV's "Breakfast Television" - a news program that tries to have a little fun mixed in with their news.

I usually read news articles online as I hate Fox 'news' with a passion due to the BS and many other 'news' companies do similar things. If I watch any news its usually the stuff that's local to me that actually affects me rather than "are terrorists hiding in your kitchen?' BS from Fox.

I watch my local news at 10 PM. Usually NBC but sometimes CBS and ABC. Never watch the National news or the Cable networks.

I glance over cnn.com, the local newspaper and the Chicago Tribune. Sometimes I watch CNN but they get obsessed over one story or another and hammer it into the ground. Dont get me started on FOX and MSNBC.

Whichever one's got the hottest female reporter.

Bbc

(great auto-censor/auto-correct/whatever won't let me type all-caps)

Recently I've starting using Google News more than anything else. I feel like there is too much bias with certain media outlets. Google News collects various sources and lets issues be presented from so many angles. Plus, it seems that major outlets pick on big topics that are being discussed solely for the sake of matching their competitors.

There's been a certain commercialization added to journalism as of late, and its the one field that should avoid going in that direction at all costs.

I don't watch the news, unless I'm at work. CNN is on at all time at work, unless there's a Redskins game.

I do follow quite a few on facebook and twitter: RT, CNN, CNN International, Independent, BBC...

ABC, NBC, and CBS do have national news programs and have online news. But they aren't actual news outlets like CNN, FOX News, or MSNBC are.

As for the question, I don't mind HLN once in a while. They always have it on at the job. Not too shabby. But honestly, if I know s*** is happening and I have the remote, I always turn to CNN by default.
