I think Savage Dragon would make an alright, straight to DVD animated film. A mature one kind of like Spawn. Otherwise I think it'd be cheesy.

i've never read savage dragon until recently but i think a movie could be good just don't do it the way spawn was done but it can be done cheaply made and do it gritty and maybe r-rated like the comic because the perception of studios is that r-rated superhero movies don't make money but that's not true look at sin city and 300.
