Forgive me if this has been done before, but there are some indie and smaller studios that have made stuff that would be great on the big screen.

Two Image titles pop to mind immediately: Proof (Bigfoot as an FBI agent) and PirateNinjaViking. Chew might not be a great movie but would be a fantastic TV series.

Crossgen, almost anything. Meridian or Negation would be my preferred picks, though Negation really doesn't work well without the metaplot.

Hellboy III :o

Really though, Saga please? Or Fables.

Give me Sunstone, though that still needs to be finished first.

Saga
The Fox (Mark Waid and Dean Haspiel)
Wayward

And I'd love to see a cartoon movie based on Archie's Sonic/Mega Man crossovers.

The Invisibles and Doom Patrol.

The Trees

I just heard that Lumberjanes got picked up by Fox.

1) Jon Sable, Freelance
2) Dreadstar

I would love to see an adaptation of Worm.
I know it is not a comic book but it is a superhero story( and a great one ) so I guess it kinda does belongs here.

The thing is , it doesn't really work as a movie(the story can't be condensed into even a 3 hour movie or a trilogy). It would have to be a serial ,whether an anime( western animation is too much in its animation age ghetto to even attempt this series) or live action. The problem with live action : the special effect budget for such a superpower heavy series would be astronomical (unless they settle for cheap and crappy Syfy channel garbage).
