Been wondering how they'd handle a UFO series today.

Is there a series you'd like to see rebooted or remade whether as a TV series or on the big screen?

Maybe the A-Team, as a series and not a movie. The movie didn't quite work, even though most of the cast was good. Perhaps The A-Team just lends itself better to TV.

Airwolf would be fun, but no doubt it would be a drone.

Just for old times sake i liked that Beauty and the beast series, beast i think it was called, vincent the lion man?

I heard that there working on The A-Team new tv series!! i been watching older tv series called sea hunt!! it about theses divers that looked for buried treasures!! i think if they remade it it would look awesome!! Acutely there was live aciton beauty & the beast tv series on cw several years ago!!

other shows being remade are
parry mason on hbo
starsky & hutch
nagy & kearney

why not a old animated series make live action like the Rossvel animated series?

the Monsters Squad would be a fantactic live action movie or animated series.

Eh, It's not that many years since I last watched Dark Angel and I think it holds up well still today. If you ask me a remake or reboot would serve no purpose. A continuation on the other hand, that I would like. I seem to remember it did not have a proper ending.

Street Hawk!

TJ Hooker

Cagney and Lacey

And Dawson's Creek, because we want to see a new generation of precocious teenagers using vocabulary that no teenager or adult ever uses!

Hmm, personally I would like to see remakes of shows that I liked but failed to get a second season. The two that come to mind are "John Doe" and "Threshold" as both had potential and could be made into great series imo.

I´d also like to see a new "Dresden files" series. This time around they should make it faithful to the source material, ideally it would be based so that each book was one season of the show.

A-Team
Knight Rider
ThunderCats

How is it not a no-brainier for TheCW? Especially now.
I feel like Arrow has a good chance of ending when contracts are up next year, leaving a bunch of pitches vying for that next DC show slot. Ya never know.

Kind of an oddball choice but I always thought Sliders was a great concept with questionable execution. If you got a decent creative team and cast behind it I think it might be a pretty good concept for a mid sized budget tv show especially with shows like Man in the High Castle and Handmaid’s Tale taking off.

I'd say Seven Days, but Timeless is quite similar. It even has a pod. Except it's 3 people instead of 1.

How about Matt Houston?

might sound dumb but....

addams family
Not dumb at all. Seeing the greatness we missed out on when Bryan Fuller's version of The Munsters didn't get picked up, I think there's still plenty of potential for The Addams Family, too.

I never watched the original show (enough at least)

&

I just like the movies so i don't know if they would have enough to play with to turn it into a successful show

so I didn't know if it sounded good enough I guess

interesting to hear about this....munsters, maybe we didn't have that over here

The Munsters was basically The Addams Family's competition show on CBS (Addams family was ABC), about a family of, well, monsters. The dad was a Frankenstein monster type, the mom was a vampire, the son was a werewolf, etc. The two shows weirdly premiered in the same TV season and ran for roughly the same amount of time. The Munsters was actually the higher-rated show of the two. But anyway, Bryan Fuller (creator of Pushing Daisies, Hannibal, American Gods) made a pretty great pilot for a Munsters re-imagining a few years back that aired as a one-off Halloween TV movie because NBC decided not to pick it up for series (apparently because of disagreements over the tone - Fuller does have a pretty morbid sense of humor that doesn't scream "network family sitcom" lol). I could see The Addams Family working with a similar treatment if someone would take a chance on it.

there acutely remaking Cagney and Lacey! there also rebooting magnum pi!! Seven days was one show i grew up watching during my high school years! I also Watched john doe!! i enjoyed John doe!!

another show i think be good reboot sea hunt! its basically about these treasures hunters looking for buried treasures some people are after them!! it was old black & white tv show!! i think today special effect would make good tv series reboot!!

one show i would like to see bring back is Early Edition!! i used to watch it all the time when i was in high school!! i did recently brought Maral law on dvd!! it was Early Edition spin off!! I wish they would go ahead & Release THE rest of the Early Edition tv series!! i would buy then right away if they came out with the rest of the series!! I also didn't liked it when they didn't gave an proper ending!!! they just aired an episode then they cut it off!! it didn't explain why gary got the paper! i think they cut it off cause it was right when the reality shows started getting popular!! then another one is Quantum leap!! they were going to reboot Quantum leap not reboot but they were going to make min tv series on sci fi channel about sam beckett daughter leaping in time trying to find sam but they decided to reboot Battlestar Galactica instead!! now i heard that they may make QUantum leap movie!! they did end Quantum leap but i didn't like the ending!!
