Sometimes, a villain starts out as an enemy of one particular superhero, but then ends up regularly battling another. This can be a gradual change or a sudden shift.

I’m curious who you all think had the best change in Rogues Galleries?

The easy answer is Kingpin going from Spidey to Daredevil.

I am really struggling to think of one for DC. When we get a change in DC it usually irritates me. I like Deathstroke as a Teen Titans/Dick Grayson villain and not a Batman villain. Onomatopoeia was a great Green Arrow villain who sucks with Batman. And I’m in the minority, but I like Darkseid in the Fourth World and not as a Superman or JL villain.
If I had to choose one for DC, I’d say that Blockbuster going from a Batman villain to a Nightwing villain works really well, especially when he is written as basically the Kingpin of Bleudhaven.

I feel you on those. I'd say it could be Mongul from Superman villain to enemy of the Green Lanterns

I respect that, but Mongul is one of my favorite Superman villains and Warworld Saga is my favorite in continuity Superman book of the past 20 years, so I still hold him up as a Supes villain.

Oh same here. But, I do think I like him equally as a GL villain. Besides, I'm not sure who else from DC fits? Not a fan of Deathstroke as a Batman villain... especially when Deadshot is already there to fill that exact same role.

King Shark started as a Superboy villain, then I'm pretty sure he moved on to Aquaman. Not sure if that's still a thing? I know he's now more associated with the Suicide Squad

Sabertooth started out as Iron Fist/Luke Cage villain before becoming a Wolverine and the X-Men's foe.

Mystique started as a Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) villain before becoming an X-Men villain.

Floronic Man/Plant Master/Seeder.
Started as an Atom villain before becoming a Green Lantern foe. Really came into his own as a Swamp Thing villain.

I didn’t know this about Jason Woodrue/Floronic Man. Obviously this is the correct answer.

I know he doesn't really fall into the parameters but:

Juggy is always fun when he slips away from the X-Men and fights other heroes like Thor or Spider-Man.
