Arrow isn't out on DVD yet? Or are you talking Downloaded TV shows, if that's the case then I have thousands more to add to my list.

there's a bit of downloaded stuffs in that list, as well... some were old series transferred from tape to disc, some were downloads that I've burned to disc and some are current downloads that I have in folders waiting to be burned to disc when a season is completed...

and there are some series that never made it to any form of official box set after all these years, so I took what I had and made my own box sets using various editing softwares...

Damn some of you foold shave lotsa TV shows on DVD!!!

I've got Farscape (all seasons), MST3K (a bunch), Breaking Bad (all seasons out so far), Carnivale (both seasons), The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Strangers With Candy (full series), Mr Show (all seasons)

Do you guys actually go back and watch or just collect it?
Yeah I do if I have vacation off work I tend to re-watch some shows, I don't do the marathon thing since that's insanely tedious but what I do for shows that run 65-100 episodes I like to watch 3 eps per day and I'll usually finish off a set maybe a month or so.

Do you guys actually go back and watch or just collect it?

since I'm no longer in the work force, I have a lot of time on my hands, so I WILL occasionally go back and rewatch some stuffs here and there...

when the moment strikes, I'll do a marathon every so often... if there's s**t on tv, I'll weed thru the stuff I have and throw something on... and there are times when the satellite service might go out, so that's another opportunity to find something to watch...

a lot of it is stuff that I recorded on timer when I WAS working and watched it when I got back home and a good portion of it was put off to the side where it just piled up and became a collection of a sort...

and I've been approached by friends to borrow discs of some of the older stuff to watch and since I have such an extensive collection of stuffs over the years that are obscure or unavailable, some have even asked me to make copies for them to watch and keep...

and since it's all on disc, it really doesn't take up that much space...

Do you guys actually go back and watch or just collect it?

For me personally, I only buy movies and shows that I like a lot and know I'll probably rewatch them several times.

I used to be a bit of a media collector, but at a certain point the whole thing just felt like a gigantic waste of money and space.

ninja turtles the next mutiation
mighty morphin poer rangers season 1 and vol 1 of season 2

Ok, I might add my downloaded shows later.

Wow, impressive.

LOL, this is why my friends use me as a free rental store. I have one friend from college who doesn't watch TV, only TV-on-DVD/Blu-ray, and she depends on me entirely for her viewing line-up. :woot:

I finished a full Buffy/Angel re-watch a couple months ago and am currently re-watching Veronica Mars at this very moment.

Oh man, if we are gonna go the downloaded route. Geez lol. I don't even feel like listing everything. I've got a 3tb backup drive with just a little over 1tb left and am still going strong building it up. I know one thing, I'll never be bored again.

Geez, THUNDERSTRIKE, that's an insane amount of shows! But I'm surprised to see that the 60's Spider-Man cartoon is not on that list! How did that happened?

As for me:

Blu-Ray:

LOST (complete) and it's become an annual re-watch in the summer!
Clone Wars (all available)

DVD:

Fawlty Towers (complete)
Monty Python's Flying Circus (complete)
Clone Wars (Genndy-complete)
Spider-Man-60's cartoon (complete)
Spectacular Spider-Man (complete)
SCTV (vol 1, 2, 3, & Early Years)
Kids In The Hall (Season 2)
Happy Days (Seasons 1 & 2)
Mad About You (Season 1)

if you add in my wife's

I Love Lucy (complete)

And I have all the episodes of the 90's Spider-Man cartoon on Beta tapes! :oldrazz:

Haha, yeah, that one friend I mentioned usually has no clue what shows she wants to see next. She just describes what she liked best about other shows I gave her and lets me know what kind of thing she's in the mood for, and I give her a new show based on that. I'm like her TV Pandora or something.

I have Veronica Mars on this drive and I've been meaning to get into it cuz I've never seen any of it before but I've been marathoning Rescue Me with Reaper intervals lol.
Well I'd definitely wait on Veronica Mars 'til you have some extra marathon time because once that show gets going (it takes a few episodes), it's extremely addictive. The first season just builds and builds. I first saw it on DVD myself, and it was funny because it took me 4 days to get through the first 2 discs, and then less than 2 days to get through the last 4 discs, lol. Got to a point where I just couldn't turn it off. By the time that season reached its incredibly satisfying conclusion, it was one of my favorite seasons of any show ever. The other 2 seasons couldn't match it, but S2 was still pretty good.

And you just reminded me I need to buy Reaper.

I used to be a bit like that with movies. I had a pretty big DVD collection. Got rid of the vast majority of them recently though.
Yeah, I'm pretty much like that with DVD's/Blu-rays as well. Though currently my friends are more into TV than movies, but I do have one friend who I'm still constantly lending movies to.

Yea I don't know when I'll get around to watching VM. I have like a years worth of stuff to watch here and it just keeps growing lol. I've even started downloading shows I already own on DVD just so I don't have to switch DVDs and can just let stuff play while I sleep, lol.

what, like I don't have enough s**t ALREADY?!?... LOL...

I know, I know, what's one more set, right?... :woot:

seriously though, if I ever have the jones to watch those, I'll just borrow the set from one of my friends...

even though I watched the series as a kid back in the day, watching it all now, I just feel kinda embarrassed, as it's not really the greatest of Spidey animateds... I think most of us older Spidey fans look at it fondly from a nostalgic viewpoint... but from a quality viewpoint, COME ON!... LOL...

the first season's not too bad, but it started slipping thruout the second season, but that third one was an embarrassing joke, despite Bakshi's hand in it, dontcha think?...

Oh, I know quality wise, Spectacular Spider-man and the 90's series are better. But, I know you may be older and you may have already been reading the comics when this show came out, but for me, this WAS my introduction to Spider-Man! As a kid in the 70's, I loved this show. I had to get it. Yeah, a lot may be very goofy, but when I put them in and the opening of the show comes on, it's like it's 4:00 after school in the 70's all over again!

Yeah, I preferred the older episodes with the normal blue skies, 2 stories per episode and (usually) actual villains from the comics. But, I also now sometimes enjoy watching the strange trippy ones, like "Dementia 5!"
