TV series that have lasted too long?

Smallville. I cant beleive its still on, 8 seasons later

Definetly Real World.

The only reason Real World has lasted so long is because there are more and more people that want to be on it, it went from being about a learning experience to a 3 month drinkfest for fame****es.

Real World is practically the reason why MTV is the way it is now.

I'm gonna have to go with Smallville too.
I watched it for like 3 seasons...then it just dragged on and on after that. Got tired of the "it's a superhero show, but not!" thing heh

The only "reality" tv I like is Hells Kitchen because I can do basic cooking, but I like seeing people prepare really intricate dishes with Gordon Ramsay calling them a ****ing donkey

Well THIS season of Smallville is AMAZING. Sorry to all you haters, I agree the past seasons weren't up to par, but this one just takes the cake. New villains and DOOMSDAY, cant get better.

To be fair with Scrubs, it tried to end in the 6th season then NBC picked it up for another year. Season 7 was killed by the strike, so they got one more chance to end with some closure. So it wasn't as if they weren't aware their window was up.

Smallville, i think the whole show is just crap, I liked the first season and then random episodes but no, it seems like it's not going anywhere and just becomes a bigger pile of crap every season, they are doing things they should have done in the first season like the new "legion" episode.

My mom would hate me for saying this but American Idol needs to stop airing the only good part is seeing people make fools of themselves during the audition.

I personally hate E.R., don't know why, I'm happy it's ending.

I've seen a few episodes, the acting alone makes it worth stopping. When you've seen one Tom Welling acting range, you've seen them all.
