That sucks, homie.kakarot069 said:well, Since there is no IMAX theater of any kind in Fort Myers, i'll be seeing the basic
In a digitally projected theater there's no celluloid. In digital it's projected from a large hardrive, the image is superior to film/celluloid, and it is not blurry at all and there's no desateration of colors, they are as vibrant as they are on your DVD. There's no flicker to the image, where in a standard theater when a scene is an all white image the picture filckers. During a dark scene you can see what's on the screen, unlike the night scenes in The Hulk, where you couldn't see anything. The only way of seeing a movie with superior quality in the past was seeing in a 70 millimeter showing, at a movie premier house like the Mann Grauman Chinese Theater, which is now all DPL digitally projected.Whack Arnolds said:Explain the diff., CGHulk... Seriously, especially with Disney and all that entertainment... you'd at least expect it.Nivek said:It still confounds me that the Orlando area is lacking an IMAX 3D theatre.
