And for the record, I really hope that Madame Webb joins the Avengers and Scorpion, Mach, Joystick, Shocker and Venom join the Thunderbolts. Sony should at least let Marvel do that.

His origin is a teeny, tiny bit too convoluted and steeped in lore for it to be faithfully adapted to live-action, seemingly, (unless perhaps set up over multiple films) but in any event, some variation on Spider-Carnage would be fantastic imo.
